I'm pretty sure I didn't use that link, this was one or two years ago.

I have two account names I would like to be checked if they still exist by the administrator.
1.  The scam site has also been online for more than 3 years

Code:
Domain: bitcoinfog.site
Registrar: Namecheap
Registered On: 2017-04-27
Expires On: 2022-04-27
Updated On: 2019-07-30

They did warn about the twitter which is associated with the scam site as well

Maybe try sending a PM to them on Twitter: https://twitter.com/BitcoinFog I don't think they will help because they last posted around the time when one of the mixers was seized by authorities.

I guess I'm still screwed, but I guess I'll send a PM and hope for the best.

I lost my password, is there any way for account recovery?
The original bitcoin fog website has been offline for a long time now. So there is a very high chance you visited or used a phishing/scam website.
Please confirm the domain you visited
Clearnet scam link:

Tor scam link:

I'd like to see SEK being added to the fiat currency.

I'm using Win 7, 64 bit system. It was working fine at first, however after the problem arose I tried running the darkcoin-qt.exe in compatibility for XP among other attempts on solutions.
There should be no need to compile anything, I downloaded the wallet/qt-client from here and I've tried both the 0.9.11.5 and 0.10.11.5 version.
Both yield the same error message :
"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."

Ubuntu is incredibly easy, yes, no doubt. However this 'should' work just fine on Windows. Thanks for helping out.

Oh, ok.  Maybe there was an error in the compilation of the latest wallet and you're just the first to notice.  I'm running 10.11.04 on my machine.  I'll download and see if I have issues with the latest Smiley  BRB Smiley

I'm sorry, I'm not having any trouble with the latest.  Maybe, if you haven't already tried it, you can try downloading it again?  Or try the 10.11.05 version (with darksend)

Thanks.

I simply backed up my wallet.dat, removed the entire Darkcoin folder in %appdata% then started up Darkcoin-qt.exe anew. Voila, it started.

My wallet was working fine, then suddenly it was not.
I get this message when I try to start darkcoin-qt.exe, normally, as administrator and in compatibility mode for Windows XP.

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."

Thanks, the constructive feedback is appreciated. However I missed the part where you gave constructive feedback. Would you like to kindly try again?
I'm simply trying to access the wallet, not setup a node. So I don't see why you're being a superior elitist.
Thanks in advance to any help!

Are you using XP or have your wallet running in xp compatibility mode?  I'm a little confused by the question.  I don't think the windows binary was compiled in 32bit.  There might be a 32 bit version available, but I don't recall...  it's getting a little old to use.  However, honestly, Ubuntu is an easy to use 64bit system, if your computer can do 64 bit.... just an idea.

I don't know how to compile on windows, so I can't really help there, sorry Sad

Looks great! Do you think you could add an option for using the average across multiple and/or all available exchanges?

Is this wallet still available? I can find Andreas Schildbach's apps on Google Play, all but the actual wallet.
13  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1.3 TH] DeepBit.net PPS+Prop, instant payouts, we pay for INVALID BLOCKS too on: January 09, 2014, 07:27:48 AM
How do i Change my BTC wallet address on the site and what is the Current Min Payout?
Current minimal payment is 0.01 BTC, but it will be changed soon due to bitcoin price rise.
If your bitcoin address field is grayed out then your address was permanently locked by your request. This cannot be undone.

What's the latest word on this, Deepbit?

What's the latest scoop regarding cashing out payments below 0.01?

I would like to withdraw my less than 0.01 BTC from Deepbit and I would gladly let deepbit keep the transaction fee.
17  Other / MultiBit / Re: Bitcoins (lost?) on: May 26, 2013, 08:15:14 PM
You might want to do a complete clean of your wallet by doing a 'Tools | Reset blockchain and transactions' from the first transaction. This should give you all the transactions that are on the blockchain for your addresses.

As long as you don't lose the private keys to your addresses you won't have lost your BTC.
If you really cannot get the amounts to match up you can always export the private key and put it in another bitcoin client.

I did a complete reset of the blockchain and that resolved it.
18  Other / MultiBit / Bitcoins (lost?) on: May 26, 2013, 03:50:37 PM
A few days ago I was going to send 1.6 btc to an exchange. I did so with a fee of 0.0001btc and patiently waited, it was stuck on "Seen by 1 peer" but I figured it would resolve itself over night. I went to bed and the next day it had not changed. After 20 hours of waiting worry had sunk in pretty hard and so I tried getting help in different IRC channels. I PM'd the dev of Multibit which is the wallet I'm using for my bitcoins, he told me to read the help file in Multibit and from there I was told to reset the blockchain & transactions if I had the problem that I was having.
I reset it to the day before the transaction like I was told but all it did was remove the transaction from Multibit what I understand.
Looking at my receiving adress on blockchain it says that I have roughly 1.51 unspent output which should be more. The transaction was for 1.6 btc and I should have 0.0x from recent mining.
Deleting the spvchain file in Multibit reloaded the transactions in Multibit, but not the 1.6 btc transaction.

How do I regain access to my 1.6btc?

I hope you guys can shed some light on this and put my worry at rest.
19  Bitcoin / Mining support / 8800 GTS on: April 27, 2013, 12:21:34 PM
Hey

Nevermind the usefulness of mining with this GPU! (=
guiminer does not show the gpu in the list, I downloaded the latest driver today and they work as far as I can tell. My google skills yields no related results to what I want/need. Driver version is : 6.14.13.1422 (2013-03-14) and looking in 'driver details' I can see the filepath to OpenCL.dll (version 1.0.0) by Khronos Group.
Is anyone familiar with the 8800 GTS in regards to mining?
