FAQUpdate/Refresh Latest Prices:To fetch the latest prices for the coins on the Main Portfolio screen simply swipe down on your list of coins. Permissions Usage:We utilize GCM, google cloud messaging network to deliver price notification to our users. These feature requires a Google Account, which remains anonymous to us, we simply have a random token that is assigned to your account so we know where to deliver alerts. Permission's used by this include, Identity - used to find the google accounts on your device, and also everything in the Other section, such as receive date from Internet, Broadcast data messages, full network access, view network connections, prevent device from sleeping and control vibration. You will find that most apps that have to deliver messages or notifications to users, will require these permissions. The News section of our app, allows you to share news article via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and also sms and email, but we do not directly access your contact information. Our app does require internet connection permissions, such as wifi or cellular, so we do need to be able to check that there is a active connection or we will not be able to update you with the latest price information. The Photos/Media/Files permissions is only used by the app to write and read files that are used by the app itself, we do not access any of your personal photos, medias, or files. Lastly, we do utilize Google Analytics so we can gain a better insight into how users use our app, so we can work on providing a better user experience. This feature requires the Location permission. Good, the cryptsy total BTC balance of all your coins has sometimes been inaccurate and this app would come in handy in these circumstances.

Cryptsy exchange is now on the latest update! Thank you to everyone who has downloaded the app thus far! We will be adding Polo and Bittrex next week. If there are any additional exchanges or currencies you would like to see added please feel free to message us, or reply to this thread.

Thank you! That's a great idea! Im just afraid that doing so might slow down the performance of the app, (you would have to take in data from a bunch of exchanges vs only 1). We will look into this further after adding Polo and Bittrex to the app. Thanks for the suggestion! |

Karma is picking up stream and possible jumping back to BTC/Karm market. will your app notice such move and update automatically or should we make a note to alert you?
Karma just announced it will move from scrypt to x11 algo as well so it will see additional price rises. It would suck to have this app miss out on all the price rises : )

Thanks for your support! I will be keeping an eye out on Karma (mined some very early on). For the most part, i think mintpal and cryptsy will most likely keep the ltc markets open regardless so everything should be ok. If a btc market is added, i will update the app to reflect that. |

Hello K1773R, Im pleased to say that Anoncoin is indeed available. You will first need to change the "select exchange" to "Cryptsy" Then you should be able to find Anoncoin. Currently, depending on which exchange you choose, a different list of coins is pulled up. I will probably just remove the "select exchange" option in the future since it appears several people are having problems finding coins because of it. Please bring this in Apple app store.

Hopefully adding Polo and Bittex won't affect performance much, I've already thought of some pretty neat "tricks" to that would help out. Its mainly going to depend on their server speeds, your distance from them, your connection speed, and so on.
