Why not use localbitcoins.com and find someone to trade with locally for cash?  You can send the transaction through blockchain.info's mixer if you're paranoid.

I think it's 0-40-100-250-500 for Newbie-Jr.-Full-Sr.-Hero.  You could write some code to extract the sample data and draw a histogram!  It's hard to believe some members are coming up on 10,000 posts.  I wonder how may keyboards they went through...
