1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing all my savings! on: October 24, 2017, 09:47:40 AM
Hello guys! I am planning on investing all my savings (12500$) in cryptocurrency, so I would really like to hear your opinion. My current plan is to split it in to 3 :
-50% bitcoin.
-25% ethereum.
-25% litecoin.

The 3 options that you have chosen are great, but I would suggest a little different splitting. 45% BTC, 35% ETH, 20% LTC. ETH is getting a lot of attention so its better to invest a little more in it. But I would like to advice you not to invest all your life savings, just don't do that, keep some in bank you never know when you might need them.

Could Bitcoin’s Bubble Lead to Long Crypto Winter?
https://cointelegraph.com/news/could-bitcoins-bubble-lead-to-long-crypto-winter

Bitcoin has had 3-4 bubbles.  Is this the latest bubble?
I wouldn't necessarily compare this to 2013's bubble, but yes it's a bubble nonetheless, a drop from $1000 to $200 is a huge drop from the looks but the same drop from $6000 to $5200, which is exactly same in the amount but it would so much of a drastic drop because of the relative price.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They have a Bitcoin beer vending machine in Vancouver on: February 06, 2017, 04:22:31 PM
I recently visited Vancouver where I got to grab myself a bitcoin beer at D-Ctrl, and sit down with Mike from Coincards.

Well this is something new. But I would rather just pay with cash than to wait for 10-15 mins for tx to get confirmed.

Are you investing your money on Bitcoin?
Do you use Bitcoin to buy things in internet?
You earn money with Bitcoin?
Mostly all three. Yes I invest money on bitcoin every now and then for little trading and buying things with bitcoin is very common for me. As for earning money it's the same thing from trading.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you trust to bitcoin casinos? on: August 14, 2016, 03:38:00 AM
Do you really trust online bitcoin casinos you play at?

I think all lost in casino, except the owner.
I don't really trust any bitcoin gambling website no matter how trustworthy it is, you never know when they will shut down and take all the bankroll. I usllu have habit of withdrawing as soon as I make some profit.

7  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if... on: July 30, 2016, 03:42:10 PM
The economy collapses like in 2008? How would BTC be affected? Would its price go to the moon?

EDIT: My opinion: I guess that gold, silver, other precious metals and BTC will rise.
Yes ofcourse in case of a economy crisis people look into investing something, now mostly normal people will invest in gold as its more mainstream but people who know about bitcoin and are casual users of it may invest into bitcoin. I wouldn't say bitcoins price rise to the moon but it would rise significantly.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: July 30, 2016, 03:39:04 PM
It's really up to you and what you prefer better. For investment there isn't really a good thing that you can invest into with $200 where as you can try trading which doesn't have much risk and as of last month the bitcoin price is not rising ot falling greatly.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in everyday life on: July 15, 2016, 02:57:16 AM
What is your opinion: will btc become a currency with which you can pay in supermarkets, subways etc?
Or will it remain a crypto-currency used mostly in the Internet?
Even now few stores accept bitcoin for physical goods. So it is likely if the bitcoin popularity keeps on increasing it may become a mainstream currency.
10  Other / Off-topic / Re: Old people earning bitcoins on: July 08, 2016, 03:06:37 AM
Hello guys,do anyone here know's some old person's who actually make bitcoins by investing them or i dont know,by signature campaining ?
I was wondering about it for some time,i just never heard about someone older than 45 years and making bitcoins.
I don't think any old person would do sig campaign, but few rich retired people surely find different ways to earn money they probably do bitcoin trading. But I don't think they use this forum or any other forum that's why you don't see any old people around the forum.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin can be used as a method of payment online? on: June 30, 2016, 07:39:20 AM
There I was thinking of bitcoin and it is contained in the title of this post. Is bitcoin can be used as a method of payment online?
Seeing that bitcoin has prices that always change when it is used as a payment method definitely prices will change as well. That would make traders must often change the prices in order not to incur a loss if the price drops. What do you think ? Is bitcoin can be used as a method of payment online?
A lot of online merchants accept bitcoin as a payment method. Many VPN providers now accept bitcoin to provide anonymity to their users.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Future on: June 23, 2016, 06:38:33 AM
Is bitcoin a future proof currency?
Not likely. In maybe 10 years or 20 or 30 at some point bitcoin will no longer be profitable to use, maybe its value will drop by a lot or maybe a new crypto will take its place. So we cant say that bitcoin is future proof currency.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best way to cash out? on: June 10, 2016, 03:20:49 AM
Without anyone knowing your name or address?
Just use the currency exchange section of the forum and use any method you want. Paypal is good if you fake details or you can also ask for cash exchange face to face.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Four Fascinating Ways To Get Free Bitcoins on: June 02, 2016, 03:10:03 PM
The methods mentioned are good for earing some pocket change and mostly alot time consuming. I prefer sig campaigns they are best to earn few dollars.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Do you prefer your money to be in cash or bitcoins? on: May 27, 2016, 03:48:56 PM
It depends really on what I want to buy or do. If I want to invest bitcoin is soem what better for buying stuff in physical store I would require cash. While if I'm buying soem digital goods I would prefer buying it with bitcoin than paypal or CC.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 49 days till the halving, time is flying now on: May 24, 2016, 02:46:51 AM
Hoping for the price to increase. Have been holding my bitcoins now for 2-3 months now, expecting some huge rise but any amount of rise will be fine with me  Cheesy
17  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: May 12, 2016, 04:56:39 AM
I really dont have a plan to get "rich" with bitcoin. I use it just as a currency to buy things and mostly gamble, i think that what bitcoin is used for most of the part. If in coming year the price of bitcoin rises by a lot i can sell my btc and get rich.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: May 05, 2016, 08:18:33 AM
Exactly what the title says.

If bitcoin dropped to the price of a dollar (which we hope it never will), what would you do? Buy more and hold, sell? Buy a promising altcoin like ETH?

I would actually buy more, because there is no way bitcoin will remain that price or at the worst drop more than that. So its win win to just buy more bitcoins.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much interest would you ask? on: April 29, 2016, 06:38:45 AM

With the ability to invest in said organisation, with investment terms of a minimum of 1 month, how much would you expect to see in return? Would you like to be able to choose which schemes you invest in, or would you be happy leaving those decisions to the team?

I would like to see atleast 2-5% intrest per month. And yes I would like to choose from different schemes, for example if I invest for 3 months the rate of intrest will be more than in the 1 month plan.
20  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: April 13, 2016, 04:46:25 AM
Well Ill do this,
Bitcoin hit $1,000,000: Be rich  Cheesy Do whatever i want.
Bitcoin hit  $1,000 again: Ill hold it, maybe invest or gamble.
Bitcoin stayed where it was: Hold it and do what i do right now.
Bitcoin became worthless, or a few cents: Nothing will still keep the btc thinking it cant go any lower and would only go high from now and probably lose interest in btc.

Quote
And which of these do you think is most probable?
Maybe the options 2&3 look the most likely outcomes.
