Learn another service, it'll save you a lot of aggravation in the long run! Especially if you plan on investing a lot of cash. This whole fiasco is going to cost Bitinstant a large chunk of their loyal followers and it's not because we don't have our coins. It is because we've been getting the run around bull crap for a week now. Still no coin here on my side either. Have just got the run around from support and it's 732 PM East coast time. I should just drive up to Buffalo and ask for a refund, I"m so disappointed. My zip zap 9 digit number is 157430828 .  Yankee if you can give me some info that would be great, but I won't be holding my breath.

No Yankee I didn't see that thread, I wish you would of told me about that last night, but you never got back to me. Your support team should just explain all this. I know I'd a been more understanding on the delay. Thank you for the info

Going on three days and each day being told another 24 hours? I've used them before without a problem. Anyone else experiencing this type of delay and run around with them?

this same thing is happening to me at the moment. I keep getting the 'they'll be here tomorrow' and it's been 3 days. You try to call them and you get a g voice number, you try live chat it it's just email. I asked Yankee on here to look into it and haven't heard back. This sucks to cause I was about to buy a grands worth to invest. WTF how else can I buy these things without having to wait days on end?

I'm having the same shitty experience. 60 + hours and no coins and the run around from support. They keep telling me another day another day. It's crap

Bitinstant is by far the worst company to do business with these days. They used to be a solid place to purchase bitcoins from, but if something goes wrong forget about it. I didn't receive my coins right away like I usually do and contacted them via email. The guy Seth looked up my 9 digit account number and said i was all set and I'd receive my coins within 24 hours. It's been 24 hours and I email him back and he tells me he said 1 business day. He did not say 1 business day, he said within 24 hours. I've ordered on the weekends before without a problem. This is bullshit that we get no help or support when something goes wrong. The company is based over in Buffalo and I swear I'll file criminal charges if I don't get my money. I won't be robbed for even 1$ out of principle. I'm not sure what has happened with this company, not sure at all and it's to bad to.
