I have seen this type of issue and I am unable to resolve it. I don't know who's end it's on and I have to escalate these issues. You would be best served thru bitinstant.com/contact Thanks. That's very sad to hear. Last 3 transactions with BitInstant have had complications. Thanks though! |

I transferred from Dwolla to Mt. Gox yesterday, and it's telling me Dwolla verification failed. I've sent multiple emails to support, and have not gotten any responses.
