Do I have to send my documents every time I order a new card (so 3 times for the 3 cards) or only 1 time? thanks.

I can't recommend e-coin. I used them for a while but it had too many problems. Their system has too many bugs. You can read about them from their own thread. They allow 2-way transaction, but they will held your btc for 3 days in the case you want to convert your fund into btc.

Hi, is there any debit card provider with a different bin from 466544, 531169? I have debit cards from e-coin and advcash. But a casino I play said they didn't accept these bins.

They always have issues. Using them only because I can buy btc with my debit card fund. They are useless without it. Again "Timeout by sending message CreateTransactionMsg to"

What if the price of bitcoin drops drasticlly after 3 days of purchase.

Seems like that they are just trying to force us to use their debit card. This kind of actions are very despicable. |

Hello, i am unable to make transfer from my bitcoin wallet to another BTC address.
After i initiate the transfer, and clicked on the confirmation link in email, my BTC gets deducted but comes back few seconds later, and no BTC is transferred.
Whats going on.
I have been trying to pay someone 3 hours but e-coin wont let me.
Same here. Trying to make a transfer. are those BTC which you bought via E-Coin or deposited from other wallets? bought. there is a temporary limitation in place - BTC bought via E-Coin can be transferred out not before 3 days after purchase. We will keep you posted on the developments/changes Why the hell don't you let us know that before we buy bitcoin? Show a warning before we buy. Create some FAQ document. How can you be this thoughtless? We aren't using a free service. |

I transferred some btc from my e-coin account but I haven't received it yet. The amount has been deducted from my account. Please, check it. Also sent an email to your support.
have you clicked the link in the confirmation e-mail? is the transaction showing on blockchain yet? best to talk to support I did. The amount has been deducted from my account. But even the transaction info hasn't been showed on the statement. Hope you guys solve this quickly. It's so frustrating to have a problem on every transaction. |

They loaded my card manually, but it took almost 4 days. And another case is still unsolved. Hope they will fix their bugs soon. |

We have to ensure account related data is only shared with account owners Sent an email. Is it possible to chargeback a transaction?
