But for all those 4, hype is probably the least important. Because if the project is generally good enough, it should get some hype sometime in the future.

Not necessarily. That argument can mostly only be used for major L1s like Bitcoin and Ethereum (and maybe and arguably BNB/Solana). L2s don't have as much staying power as these L1s as competition is far far tougher for L2s because it's very very easy for liquidity to switch from one L2 to another.

The only thing about Polygon/Matic that gives them an advantage is that they're an early (future) L2 that gained real activity; and, that's pretty much it. There are just so many L1s and L2s being released that literally any new L1 or L2 can beat the crap out of current L1s and L2s.

I have also noticed that the more capital available the easier it becomes making more money. In other words, with big capital, the investor can better mitigate risk and explore options that yield lower returns with lower risk. For instance, investor with $500 might not consider buying Bitcoin which many people believe is high priced and cannot easily yield X2 profit, hence such will explore other options such as altcoins or memecoin and will often lose his capital. Meanwhile someone with $500k can just buy Bitcoin and 30% rise in price will give such a big profit.

Have anyone tried out those pools on dedust yet? I've always liked to think that the days of yield farming are over and if what @Cryptoababe said is correct — about rewards on the APY being paid on fees generated for trades, then the trading volume and activity needs to be very high. It's only $9.1m volume in past 24hrs on Coingecko. The farms are attractive Ngl but I don't really know much about TON ecosystem so I'm just going to skip it for now.

For anyone that wants to get in, not just on Dedust, ensure that the platform has been thoroughly audited before you go about providing liquidity for those yields.
