The tool to check chip problems is the same for s9/s17 and so on?
I can have all of this, i have a good environment and a separated clean space in my farm, its just to know where to start and what to buy and so on.

1 - 220v 2 - we strip the 16" wire, wrap the 15amp power cable to it, weld with tin put a ribbon and a high fusion tape. (all of my machines are running with this electrical setup for one year) 3 - we try to make the avalons work in another environment (my office inside the building, in a 20 amp power plug) and same problem 4 - did you attach the psu's correctly to the units? Yes I think, i saw some videos (including one of yours) and i think that is correct, i can put some pictures of it if it helps

I don't understand your post.
Who used/tested the gear for a month?
A trusted friend. I think it's a power or PSU problem, the miner log is showing an error on the PSU. I think it's "Primary Over Current" and your vo (voltage out) looks to be 2.
How are you plugging them in (your infrastructure)?
I have a trifasical transformer, then bifasical to 60amp circuit breakers with a 16mm each wire and i weld 7 15amp cables and the machines (I use 7 s9 or 4 t17 in this setup) . I plugged then close to my s9s/t17s/T2T with 15 amp cables and tryed in my office inside the farm witch is another setup and the problem is the same.

I need some help Contacted the support yet and they barely answer my questions I have 4 1041 with separated psus, all of then was tested/used for a month before with no issues. When they arrive a reseted to factory (1 min pressed the func button) and put my pool/user data and IP settings They're not hashing, no one of the 4 machines (in the overview theres a message Hashboard: 0), i tested another fw, check the connections, change the pool and nothing. The worker appears on slushpool that means no network problem, but the hash is 0. Below I put some screenshots with the problems, if someone have a tip or need more info i can provide. The support says that is a short circuit on the miner. I post some pics on imgur https://imgur.com/a/JGZZQAP

Nope, a friend contact the support.
To restart to factory you have to power off, and power on with func pressed for 1 min. Then wait a couple seconds and power off/on and voilá.

I will try turning off for 2 hours.
What firmware are you running I am running t1_20180511_034450.swu
its one of the only ones so far that actually shows 3 boards most of the rest so far just show 2.
tested with 2 machines so far for 24h and 2 for 3 hashboards come back to life!! thanks for the tip.

I hard reset some machines via software and two boards back to life for a couple hours and then shut down, so i think its dead tho.
Im using the last one provided with the auto update. but already tested this boards on braiins and no sucess.
You already try to clean the machines? or power off for a couple of hours and start again?
I have 75 T1s from may/2018, only last week i have 8 dead hashboards, in a total of 12 total (since the month that i receive) Im mining at slush too but i dont think this is the problem.

Theres a way to make braiins auto restart the asic when not hashing?
The error you posted it's trying to upload the s9 firmware, use the t1 firmware instead.
LOL, im so dumb, thanks for the advice, now seems that it goes, is "Restarting" for a couple minutes.
