I wouldn't bother with their multiplier anymore, even with its challenge reward. Do that for 24/7 for a week, 1 token stake with 10 seconds interval and see all your token goes down the drain. It states 0% house edge, but my hundreds of thousands tokens dictates > 50% house edge.

today I found out indeed that the multiplier stopped working. I had rolled 35000 times and my balance had dropped by 800 tokens. I turned off the multiplier until I read here that you could set a fixed seed. now 10000 rolls further it seems to remain about the same, sometimes a bit in the + and sometimes a bit in the -. so fingers crossed. -- And the stars you get per day per VIP level do not yield tokens, but the number of stars for that month will increase. Nope after 130.000 rolls and earned 21 stars and 2100 tokens, i lost 3.848 tokens. So i think the fixed seed does not work. I have found that the more times you receive the 'server timeout error' or the game lags you will usually end up with more losses than normal. When this happens they don't show you what the server seed would have been for that roll, they just cancel the bet and don't deduct or add tokens to your balance. It could be that they are only cancelling winning bets and showing you that error message to cover it up. Whatever the case may be the only way to mitigate this is to set a slower betting speed, although if your goal is roll tens of thousands of times per day to fulfill challenge requirements it might not be practical to slow your speed. I will try that. I only want 100.000 rolls a day for the challenges and the tokens you will receive from it. I will set it to 5 sec. Not sure if i need to decrease the number of tabs (25) I have open to roll. I've tried 3 seconds having immense losses, doesn't feel like 50% chance to me. Now that I've set it to 5 seconds, it is somewhat 50%. I'll muck around some more.

Great replies here, and the two rig idea does seem like the way to go.
Much Appreciated
Hi Sloopy, I'm on similar boat. I'm making a gaming rig, but would be used to mine altcoins while working/sleeping. May I know the final spec you're getting? Cheers!

I'm planning to create a new rig with few GPUs. I can get some decent price for XFX Radeon RX 480. I'm pretty sure that this has been asked a few times, but I couldn't remember:
Should I purchase XFX Radeon RX 480 4GB or 8GB? Will the memory affect hashrate?

Barusan mining ZCash kmaren jumat (4 nov), waktu rate nya masih USD$700~ Sekarang malah anjlok USD$230~ Ada altcoin yg bagus pake CPU kah?

I guess it's a race to the bottom and we'll see 0.1 by the end of this week.
Very possible, yes. I'm shocked by each hour whenever Im looking at the trend. I'm hoping that it'll increase, but it's just a dream

Yeah I'm trying Zcash now, pretty decent for my old idle laptop. Getting about ~13 Sols/s Pretty happy with this

So I've been trying a few things just now.
Not necessarily altcoin though, more like bitcoin.
You can try NiceHash Miner, currently version v1.7.3.2, getting about ~0.000135 BTC/day Or from Windows Store app (8 or 10), Bitcoin Miner, getting about ~0.000047 BTC/day
With i7-2630QM CPU
theres a typo at your nicehash calculation? im working with nicehash miner and get ~0.0012 BTC/Day with a Phenom II X6 Hmmm I'm relly getting 0.135 mBTC/day as per GUI, reaping about ~70 H/s (8 threads: each getting 6-8 H/s). It's a laptop processor though with only 2.00 GHz. I'll be trying out Zcash and see how it goes.

I'd like to know this too... Currently trying Hodl just for fun since I have a few idle systems.

I believe utilising online faucet would be more profitable rather than the machine you specified. Not that online faucet is profitable at all.
|
|
|
Under the assumption that you are active on a daily basis, how long does it take to get to 200 activites?
|
|
|
Try to post your commandline. That would be a great start.

I came here to learn more about BitCoins and other crypto currency. I like how bitcointalk.org has huge community, active and discusses every little aspects of it, including the trend
|
|
|
As these folks suggest, CPU and GPU mining are not profitable at all. However, I am using my laptop for daily basis, and I have been running this software in the background called BitCoin Miner (Win 8 or 10). I am getting ~27KH/s, about 4k satoshi a day. You can give that a shot just for fun.

Thank you for the information.
I have been actively doing faucet and earned BTC 0.00104402 for 2 days.
As I have some knowledge in software development. Is it worthwhile to make an Android app faucet?
Thanks!
