Buenas. Como ya sabréis Hacienda respondió a una consulta vinculante en Abril 2018 en la que aclara que el cambio cripto a cripto también tributa como permuta. Mi pregunta es, para las permutas que hayamos hecho antes de esta fecha, ¿podríamos alegar que no había un procedimiento claro al respecto y negarnos a pagar todas aquellas permutas previas a la consulta vinculante?

The CandelaCoin rep has not been active lately. I don't think it is smart to buy this coin even if it is cheap.
You may end up holding worthless coins, unless, you have idea that they are going to be active in their development side.
They seem to be more active in Twitter. Sounds like a good idea but it's literally untradeable right now due to lack of liquidity and volume. Fix this and watch how this project explode. Also get it listed on a decent exchange. KuCoin, Bitfinex, Poloniex, Okex...
The exchange I run has got more volume that the four combined. Solar energy trading? Having heard this, I am not sure if this is the discussion thread for worldly-wise individuals or spam channel for braindead clitoris pinchers. If u think there is anything on this planet to believe in and this is candela coin with its big solar-powered butt then u might just go counsel a specialist. That's your opinion, but I think this project has a big speculative potential. It reminds me of DENT, which is trying to do something similar with mobile data. And DENT is 146th in Coingecko with 360,000,000M market cap. If this token gets listed in a decent exchange a X100 is virtually guaranteed (around 15M mcap). The absence of volume is concerning, though. |

Ahora hablando mas específicamente del problema que puede causar y dejando de lado los aspectos regulatorios. Que le puede pasar a una persona que compro criptos hace años pero no puede demostrar el orígen?
Yo entiendo que como maximo una penalizacion en referencia al 150% de lo que se debe pagar como impuesto, pero entiendo que no puede incurrir esto a un tipo de delito ocuna multa economica superior al dinero que se tenga en bitcoins.
Podria hacienda confiscar todas nuestros criptos y ademas añadir algún tipo de penalización?
Imagino que la mayoria de gente hicieron hodl con alguna cripto o hicieron algunos intercambios en exchanges. Entiendo que ese es el perfil del usuario común.
Alguien sabe o entiende cuales son los perjuicios? No hablamos de tener millones de euros, me refiero a unos miles que es lo que debe tener una gran mayoria.
No puedo responder a lo que preguntas, pero yo creo que de seguir así Hacienda va a tener que enfrentarse a toda una batería de demandas que les van a caer. Algo me ha parecido escuchar de que la UE ha dado un toque de atención al gobierno por los castigos desproporcionados y salvajes que quieren imponer, sobretodo porque como dices, mucha gente lo va a tener muy difícil para cuadrar al céntimo todo lo que han hecho durante años, que si forks, airdrops, permutas, envíos a exchanges aquí y allí... Da la impresión de que están haciendo las leyes gente que no tiene ni idea de lo que está tocando, y todos los actores implicados en este mercado, tanto inversores, como traders y exchanges deberíamos pensar en hacer algo en común porque hay un gobierno hambriento de pasta que viene a por nosotros con el cuchillo entre los dientes y un rifle en cada mano. |

Compañeros y una pregunta. ¿Qué hay de la posibilidad de irse a Portugal? Tengo entendido que allí no se pagan impuestos sobre ganancias de capital en criptomonedas. Solo hay que estar allí unos 6 meses y ya podríamos cobrar nuestras inversiones a impuesto cero. Suena muy bonito para ser verdad. ¿Sabéis algo?

it looks terrible, today Dent is down 3%, maybe it's a good time to buy some Dent tokens Maybe what you say is also true that with this 3% drop in the dent it is time to buy it and hope that in the future it can go up so that we will get a substantial profit, of course we will see If DENT can survive until the next bitcoin halving we could see new ATH for DENT. Already won? LOL. They're starting to lose - it was easier to tamper bitcoin blockchain in 2009-2016 than right now, so they're surely losing, but slowly!
Make no mistake, if crypto takes over fiat any time soon, you can bet crypto will be dispersed among people the same way fiat is...1% will own majority Exactly. And that is how it's supposed to be in a free society. You can't distribute the wealth of the world equally without violence, and even if you could, you can't save everyone from making bad decisions and becoming poor again. The same way you can't avoid people to be successful and becoming filthy rich again. It's obvious than a educated 70y man who earned $200k/y during most of his life will be far richer than an uneducated 20y guy. That's inequality? Yes. But it's also right and fair. So, a part of the inequality can be explained simply by the difference of age. But bitcoin maximalists often tell us how BTC is supposed to do just that, redistribute wealth and get rid of evil banksters...to give power to Roger Ver and Craig Wright?  (guess them 2 are much nicer people than Brad Garlinghouse) Obviously those people got Bitcoin wrong. They're leftists with good intentions but with a poor understanding of how economics work. The simple idea of equality by redistributing wealth is laughable. |

they been dumping to 0.000000022 on binance in increments of 90 000 000 dents for weeks every day in a raw. I can't believe they still do it after all the hundreds of millions of dollars they already dumped, is this their business model, they are going to dump on binance every damned token they buy from the users in the app? This way the price will never recover, in fact the more users they have the more they will dump on binance, even if BTC goes to 20000 again nothing will change here. Their business model is flawed. Afterburner or no afterburner they will still keep the price close to zero with all this dumping.
Yes, I understand what you are saying, have you ever asked them what is the reason for selling tokens almost every day? Yes I did ask so did many other people guess what we all got banned from their official telegram. Something smells here. It bothers me more that they are selling not only their reserves but they sell the tokens they receive from the 12 million app users. Their business model is: user buys dent from company in the app, exchange dent to telcos for data, telcos sell these dents back to company, company dumps them on binance. This will always be true, they will always dump on binance, the more users they have the more they will dump. This bothers me quite a lot tobe honest. I believe in the team but I don't believe their business model is attractive, at least not to investors like us holding bags of useless tokens while company makes profits. This is wrong. Fishy, fishy, that's what I say. The token is essentially an unregistered security, DENT Wireless (the company) is an overhyped company not known anywhere and their announcements are obviously magnified and exaggerated. I wouldn't be surprised if most of their downloads and followers are just bots. You all have been warned. |

I've seen this situation before.  When the price finally bottoms out, the community rep of the dev team is nowhere to be found and a lot of angry holders posting their remorse in the coin's thread. Stuff that has nothing to do with the market movements. And then one day, the market recovers and they will all be gone, replaced by new excited holders. And when the price goes parabolic, so does the sentiment. Yes I've seen this situation before too. Hopeless bagholders deluding themselves thinking they will make millions thanks to an obvious overhyped company. The world has seen very successful investors throwing themselves out the window because they've made a fatal mistake. Likely crypto kiddos are not smarter. So many people blindly believing that there's going to be one day when the market recovers is a heartbreaking display of denial. |
