I'm open for offers . As for the documents , I won't be able to provide (not that I don't have them) but It's because they contain a lot of personal information's ? I don't see the need of them anyway since the account is verified and everything and as far as I know Payoneer is not like Paypal (they don't ask you for personal information's to get unlimited or something). But if the Payoneer account locked then u need documents to unlock it ok and what's about location of the account and what's about email address attached with that Payoneer accounts ?? Yes it works i send the credit in euros but it automatically convert in local currency if necessary without cutting down any feeses if u want u try u can get 2 euros in only 2 usd and check it if it works u buy more and if not u can get your total refund any risk to get skype account banned? where you get this funds/credits? I would stay away from this! If you sell anything in digital format on ebay and the buyer requests a refund he will get it in no time.So,watch out!
Dear why buyer request a refund we sent him the credit in cheaper then Skype I guess you don't know how ebay & paypal function. some of the user's are mean. I suggest you look for some classified site & forum where the demand for such digital product's are high. digitalpoint marketplace and blackhatworld forum seem to be good in term's of selling and buying digital prod. Lo, audience in the last forum quickly raise red flag if, they notice any fishy thread especially, when such thread are associated with a new member.
