1  Economy / Lending / Re: [CLOSED] Looking for a loan of 0.02; paying back 0.025 on 8/8/14 on: August 01, 2014, 08:50:12 PM
A friend hooked me up with the small amount I needed.
Thank you all for taking a look at this thread.

Thank you for the info.

Hum.. Thought proving incoming amount would be good enough.
Guess I'll fire up the only LTC and other altcoin wallets to see what I have around. If memory serves I think the most alt coin I had was DOGE. Since that was the last one I bothered to mine.

Otherwise the only thing digital in collateral I can think of is a domain name or two that I don't think I'll get around to developing out.
3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I no longer work for Butterfly Labs (BFL) on: August 01, 2014, 06:10:00 PM
This whole thread explain so much about why I still haven't received my order from November last year.
Thank you all who have posted.

And yes the drama continues. lol

EDIT: NO LONGER LOOKING. THANK YOU, AND HAVE A NICE DAY.

I'm looking for a loan of BTC0.02.
I will pay the lender BTC0.025 on Friday August 8, 2014.

I've been a member of this website since March 14, 2013. I just lurk more than posting. Cheesy

I have BTC0.033 coming in via Coinbase. It is scheduled to be in my account by end of day Thursday August 7, 2014.
I can PM you screen shots of my order on Coinbase, and the purchase notification email. Or I could record / broadcast my screen for a few. It's up to you.

If you're wondering why I don't just do an instant buy it's because I have never felt the need to own a credit card. When a debt card does all the same things, just that you actually have to be a responsible adult with it.
5  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: August 01, 2014, 04:40:50 AM
Hum..
I'm glad I checked before using. If they are having delay issues I'll need to skip. Maybe I'll give them a go once everything is fine.

Just wondering, but why not use an established full service provider like MediaTemple?

It's another stress test this weekend. At least that's what my email yesterday said.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin-Qt / bitcoind 0.8.2 (final) available on: June 05, 2013, 09:49:12 AM
I'm stuck on block 239195, this was the same block that I was stuck on before updating. Also the only reason I figured an update was out.
I updated about six hours before this post. Using Win 7.

Start client with -reindex option. It will take few hours to complete the task.

Thanks, didn't know about reindex, worked like a charm. Cheesy

10  Economy / Goods / Re: New GPU ONLY online store will be accepting Ltc and Btc on: May 22, 2013, 06:02:19 PM
Did I miss something or is there a link for the online store?

This could be the online store. You are after all online, and he does have some cards in-store for someone. Cheesy

I know I don't have enough coins on hand to make an offer otherwise I would. Good luck getting started.
11  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTC Cheap - legit? [I received funds back from them :o] on: May 17, 2013, 10:04:58 AM
The site is down, and blockchain.info shows a balance of 0.5, with some large payouts on 16-05-13.
Shame to boot, I was going to get my return tomorrow from that 0.1 I put in on 14-05-13 for science.

no payouts...
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [LTC][Pool][PPS]notroll.in PPS Pool | Port80 Mining | Stratum | US&EU Servers on: April 10, 2013, 10:31:35 AM
Shouldn't it be easy enough to identify which users got double-paid, and simply set their balances to negative the amount of over-payment? In turn, they'll have to mine their way back into the positive to gain coins again. Of course, there will be a few who simply took the double-pay and bailed. Not much can be done about that.

Because you know you so want to look at every line in the table for every user, and worker. Maybe he'll hire you to do it! Get the support going and all.

I'm interested in when this problem stopped on the 8th, and when you did the correction.

edit: also withdraws are not working for me, I'm getting the "wrong address" error although the address is right.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] cudaMiner - a new litecoin mining application for Windows on: April 07, 2013, 11:05:45 PM
EVGA GTX 570, getting just shy of 140 KH/s on each solve. Initial auto config gave me something around 170KH/s when I started it up.

GeForce driver: 314.22
EVGA Precision settings: GPU 910MHz; Memory 2100 MHz; 1025mv (If you guys have suggestions for changes to these settings, I'd love to hear them.)

--> EDIT: I almost forgot, my temp stayed between 69c and 70c which is 4c to 6c cooler than reaper, and 5c to 8c cooler than btc mining. Which is nice. Cheesy <--

-------------

First of all thank you for working on this, I've been playing around with Reaper for the last few weeks attempting to find the sweet spot in the config. The best I got was just shy of 90KH/s. With that said, it took me a hot minute to figure out how to set this up since the readme file didn't say anything. lol. My suggestion would be to add some info about that, and other functions for those of us switching to this from reaper, or other non CGminer type miners. Along with a little background about the other required programs. My only real request at this moment would be a graceful shutdown feature like what reaper has, where it doesn't crash the driver.

My observations were that I really couldn't use anything else while this was running. Firefox took minutes to respond, often switching to "not responding" or otherwise hanging. So my habit of watching Netflix while letting reaper and scryptminer-gui run is now broken. Sad Speaking of scyptminer my blond moment was not turning it off during my initial run of this program (the numbers above are from the second run). The only oddity was that print-screen didn't capture anything.

Other system info:
i7-2600K @ 3.8
16GB RAM
Win7 64-bit
16  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [6000 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); TX FEES + UserDiff; ASIC tested on: March 29, 2013, 11:34:30 PM
Hey Slush, is something wrong with the payout system today?
I'm only asking because a few people in the IRC chat, and myself haven't received our payouts even though we past our thresholds in confirms several hours to an hour or so ago.

On a side note I noticed that FAQbot in IRC says payout minimum is 0.01, and every 15 minutes. I know the 0.01 is no longer true, so is the 15 minute check still in play?

Thanks!

No block for 6 hours? Am I reading it right?
Yes... very bad day.

But at least we can make a game out of it!
Who here thinks this block will have more than 42944406 shares?
Who here thinks this block will go past 8:19:56?

EDIT ---------------
Oh so close!
35999641 shares over a time span of 7:27:42.
Until the next bad luck streak, I bid you good day.

I'm having connection errors atm?

Just chiming in about getting the same. Eventually the miner finds the connection after a few trys. Not to sure how long it's been going on since I just got up. lol Oh! pool speed has went down a good 400 Mh/s since last night :/
19  Economy / Services / Re: [WTB] Need services related to mobile apps and Litecoin development, pay BTC/LTC on: March 20, 2013, 04:22:56 PM
I would like to start with android first. Chances are I won't be supporting Apple because of their restrictive marketplace contract.

Just a suggestion, but you might want to consider finding a designer as well as a developer. Since screen fragmentation is kind of an issue with android, and a designer can help you work around/with it. Plus you'll get a good looking front end on all devices. Grin
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buy and sell locally with listbyloc.com -- a "classifieds" website I designed on: March 18, 2013, 05:42:03 AM
Not bad.

I can think a few minor design tweaks, but it really doesn't impact the flow as it is. So never-mind.
Other suggestion would be to call up the users geolocation so the map is focused on their state to start with. (I don't remember if you can do it with the api or not. So you know..  Undecided ...whatever)
