3  Other / Beginners & Help / could get a bit over a smaller part of a BTC, just an experiment on: September 19, 2016, 02:00:14 AM
What I am doing as I have 0 miner hardwares just yet, is hitting particular altcoin faucets, especially the lower cooldown period ones and working for a couple hours or so a day to trade somewhere, such as Poloniex for parts of a bitcoin per trade.

Some good coins I found for the moment, I am sorry, but I can't spill, I work on faucets to secure them in a local wallet or so and soon exchange them. I need to see what happens. Sure, they may be smal pieces of single coins, but you do know already, I hope, that it all keeps adding up.

Do you still sell cigarettes? If so, I will need some to Canada.
5  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you like trading or gambling? on: July 18, 2016, 03:21:56 PM
Used to gamble, but have mostly stopped that and now trade. I would rather mine altcoins and trade them.

Trading is better than gambling.

I am LUCKY to be a Native Canadian/Status Native.

Why?

I got MacDonalds Plain with Filter x2 packs for $17 CAD.

The other at any other store than the Creeland, that accepts Status cards would have cost $18 for ONE pack.

So, I DID get away with a good price.

Just wait a few days to a few weeks and see what happens. That way, we can tell what

really happened, whether it increased in market value or not.
10  Other / Off-topic / 50,000 BTC, anyone, gez, wat a ditz I am being. on: July 09, 2016, 04:24:32 AM
Right now's quote on PREEV.com is USD$32,650,000

Don't know what it'll be tomorrow or what.

I know I am being a total ditz. But, geez, that would be quite a find in some forgotten wallet.

IF that was my case, I would have passed out for a while or had a bad rhythm to my heart (arrhythmia).

Hopefully I would NOT get sick unexpectedly.

What would YOU do with this problem/gift  if it WAS your case?
11  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you have 10000 bitcoin, what do you do? on: July 09, 2016, 04:04:13 AM
10,000 BTC is USD 6,528,000   as of this writing.

Split it down the middle into 2 parts of 5,000 each.

Sell $5,000 and keep the remainder and retire in the

gorgeous new part of the independent living home, where i t was recently built

and more expensive.

13  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin rose to $1M, what you do? on: July 09, 2016, 03:47:05 AM
IF I AM LUCKY to get to 1 or more btc, I would sell one or 2 and retire for keeps on that and move over to the FANCY section of my assisted

living home and enjoy at my place at the new building.I am currently in an OLD section right now. Nice people, but architecturally from the 1960's.

The new one is from the 1990's and pretty nice.
14  Other / Beginners & Help / I MAY Be getting new computer if I can help it on: July 09, 2016, 03:39:50 AM
Intel Core i3-2120 3.3Ghz Dualcore CPU with Hyperthreading

The processor is mentioned above. What sort of coins can be mined with these specs? Would love to know.

I heard CPU mining is nearly over, but if I can get a few altcoins out of this, I'd be pleased.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help me with Mining, I have $0 cost and how can I get started on: July 09, 2016, 12:02:13 AM
Look high and low for CPU mineable coins. Best bet for CPU. DON'T mine for all that long or computer could burn out. Be careful and search the

Altcoin Announcements and check for threads with CPU in the title. That started me off in the beginning until I landed a couple miners.

I am going to keep an eye on this thread. Hopefully I can buy one after July 9th.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Been out of the loop since March 22 on: June 26, 2016, 09:20:58 PM
I was in the hospital and nearly died from H1N1 back in March. Then I could not really remember my username or password for the old account. Now I have a new email and new account to start fresh for June onwards. Now I move to a new place from here and set up my miner that I had. Later, I hope to buy another Antmain miner soon.

I have my old wallet but it is on the computer at home to be moved. I am on an iPad here at the hospital, so I will have to get the wallet when I get to the new place. I can't really remember if I had 0.01??? Or what in there.

Any newer ways to earn BTC that I should know about?
