Here is a stubborn one... I have increased the fee using the "Replace By Fee" function in Electrum several times over the past week and still no go: 5163451c25763c337894a9a1d891390b39e6094d7a2f99463eb6aebee4c48f09 Thanks in advance!  submitted for acceleration, it may take a while, please be patient. Hi, thanks for the attempt but approx. 2 more days have passed and still no confirmation. According to this site: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/my fee (which falls into the 31-40 Satoshi/byte range) is expected to be confirmed within 24 hours of broadcasting, so I am perplexed as to what the problem is? This fee amounts to approximately 5% of my spend, so it seems reasonable to me. Is Bitcoin a dying crypto at this point (as some pundits are claiming)? Just wondering where this is all going and open minded to everyone's input.  Would it be worth asking someone else to give this one a go? Thanks again to all for your help and tips. I finally got my transaction confirmed using the "Replace-By-Fee" function in Electrum a couple more times. Once I got the fee up to the 51-60 Satoshi/Byte range, miners jumped on it within a few hours. This translated into a fee of 0.00012 BTC or $1.60 USD (at current exchange rate) for a spend worth approx. $20 USD. Sure beats the $30+ fees that many are recommending with no real guarantee that they will be confirmed any faster. I also did another transaction worth approx. $50 USD for the same fee, and similar waiting time for confirmation (around 3-4 hours). The take-away: the Electrum wallet offers some pretty powerful control but make sure "Replace-By-Fee" is enabled in Preferences, and the appropriate box is ticked when preparing to send. If you have the time, you can start with a small fee and increase it in increments until you find the sweet spot where miners will pick it up. Thanks to Blossom15 for the help and good luck everyone. While you are happy, my transaction is still stuck and did a lot of accelerators that are free but nothing happened and this offer is just the same with those. |

People who actually care about the truth, discover that religion is a bunch of nonsense and become atheists. I believe in God and there's no social pressure that is being put to me. I just know the truth that there's a powerful God. I agree with you. Faith in God is feeling first. We believe in something invisible, omnipresent and omnipotent, our creator and origin of life and love. It's not something we can prove but only show with our actions, our care and love for others. As Paul said in the NT, we know that we are alive because we have love. Other people, atheists, live only for everyday life, money, material things and many of them feel ''empty'' on the end of day. We know that our life is much more. Well said Daniel, these people that are spreading their own thoughts through the forum about atheism. When they are seeing a person believing God, they are attacking them. Nobody is attacking religious people. Attacking stupid, religious ideas, well, that is a fair game. As it should be. I am not attacking you. I am attacking your delusional belief system. A big difference. Delusional belief system? So what do you call your ideology of believing that there's no God that is existing. That's the hard part for those atheist like you, you don't even know the word "respect" I don't have a religion but I simply believe in God. |

Why not just learn how to respect belief of others or why not just simply respect them?

Bitcoin is the best investment, i'd just sit back and relax and watch my money grow day by day  I will do the same and I will just wait for the price of bitcoin to keep on increasing. That's a real investment with that $40/day. |
