There is one opportunity of make some money. The Ethereum Classic ETC is rising faster, it might be good to invest.
I think it would be quite risky if you invest in altcoin. altcoin coin although it is well-known as etherum. nonetheless all altcoin have a very rapid fluctuations. faster than bitcoin. some time ago the price had reached 0.03 BTC but now a 0.02 BTC
Well, that is just normal in altcoins as a big pump and dump can happen anytime due to majority of them has a low volume unlike bitcoins. However, if you are a wise investor you know how to take advantage in making money by participating in the ICO of a specific altcoins.

I have seen ICO's come and go.  I have seen ICO's succeed and fail, more on the fail side I think.
If you have the time to research the ICO's then it maybe worth while but be careful, just because it's an ICO does not mean it will make any profit.

Dear all,

I want to know, right now my activity 42 and my total posts is 90, if I not make the posts for next 3 months, can my activity add automatic? So my activity is 90

Every 2 weeks you can gain 14 activity only but, you must have a post in that 2 weeks.
For you I would recommend posting once week, that way you can be sure.

With any investment comes risk.
If someone is willing to take a risk to make a better life for themselves, then I say "GO FOR IT!"

The only way we learn is to try and fail, if you are not willing to risk then you are not willing to learn.
Only the person taking the risk can make the decision for themselves.
Will the decision be good or bad, who cares, as long as you are willing to decide!!
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: July 16, 2016, 06:07:07 PM
If no one spends bitcoin and no one buy it but many people are mining it expect for price decreases gradually because the supply is increasing daily..
And more supply will come..
The price of bitcoin is always depends in demand and supply.. if bitcoin is in demand expect for price of bitcoin to increase high..

But the demand is not set only by people using/spending Bitcoin, it is also set by people wanting to hold Bitcoin.
So even if no one spends their coins that does not mean no demand, people will still want to buy and that will reinforce demand.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: July 16, 2016, 05:21:25 AM
Hard work.

Or marry someone rich, and maybe get rid of them if necessary.
That is easy to say but in reality sometimes you cannot just marry a rich person just to make you rich, you must have a look of a superstar to let someone marry you. Rich do protect their money so they will not just marry anyone who will just take their money in the end.

Haha I think that is a good idea that you are going to marry someone rich. And you are lucky enough if you are able to be married with a rich wife/husband.
I don't know if his/her family is going to accept you that way easily. So, good luck!
If the families knows your intention they will make it hard for you to marry their child and that is also dangerous even if the one you want to marry is deeply in love with you because the family will make a way to even kill you to protect their riches.

I am not saying it is an easy path, but come on...if you are willing to undertake this path you must have some skills to overcome obstacles like: Being Ugly, Old Money, Family members.
If you are ugly, either take sex education classes at your local Y and become the best lover you can or be prepared to get very kinky.
Fooling the Authorities about how this all goes down will surely be harder than fooling family members.
Maybe part of the plan needs to be a family gathering at the Lake House that goes horribly wrong and leaves you the only heir.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the probability of Bitcoin being replaced? on: July 16, 2016, 03:29:50 AM
The great thing about technology is that is can be replaced.
Bitcoin has set in place a set of standards that almost everything that came after has adopted.
Most of the work done to integrate bitcoin can easily be switched to another coin.

Will it happen...People like stability...alot!  Bitcoin would have to have to fail, or come close to it before something else would take over.

oh man this is a pretty old topic.
The short of it, always use the suggest fee, or a little higher, in the bitcoin client but that is still no guarantee.
There are many factors that go into it and to be a smart consumer you need to learn and understand some of the details.

If you really want to know then ins and outs check this link out.

what proportion of bitcoin is actually spent? i'm gonna guess that it's not very much. using it for shopping and all is cool but i think it's a little bit of a sideshow. most of the action is trading it and speculating.

the bigger question is if no one speculates on bitcoin what might happen?

I think this is the closet to reality.
Very few people spends bitcoin outside of the BTC world TODAY.
I have yet to replace any FIAT transaction with BTC.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nice terror attack effect on bitcoin? on: July 16, 2016, 02:31:08 AM
right now i'm listening to a cover of american trilogy by dread zeppelin, a reggae zep cover band fronted by an elvis impersonator.

if you don't think that's the buy signal of the freaking century then i have nothing but pity for you.

Did someone mention Elvis?!?!?, Time to sell my AMC Pacer and buy some BTC!!
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Inside Scoop On Mark Karpeles Japanese Prison Release on: July 14, 2016, 06:01:52 PM
This whole thing is classic.

If you have no morals and some free time you can rip people off and pretty much get away with it.
By his actions he has already proven he has access to the missing BTC.
So, he has to spend sometime waiting, in jail granted, to be able to use the funds, but hey that is a small price to pay for 600,000+ BTC.

hmmm, maybe I need a career change?
12  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it illegal for someone to hack my BTC wallet? on: July 14, 2016, 05:47:12 AM
Back to the subject though, authorities would most likely just brush anything being digitally stolen as things they "don't have jurisdiction over" so why even bother? sure it's illegal to steal things, physical or digital, but if the authorities don't follow up then whats been stolen is just gone.

This last part starts to go where I was thinking.
In order for something to be stolen it first needs to have a defined value.
Since most governments have not recognized BTC as a valid currency, or at the very least recognized how it is to be valued, BTC essentially has a value of zero.
Theft involves stealing something of value, no value, no theft.

I wouldn't want to test my theory in some countries and that is not to say you could not be punished in another way, in the US mobsters where often convicted of tax evasion.

14  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Cheap electricity on: July 14, 2016, 05:17:19 AM
I have commercial scale free electricity in England. Buggered if I know how to run a bitcoin mine though and contacting Bitcoin miners seems to be harder than contacting the bloody dead.

Every recruitment agency I speak to don't have a clue what I mean when I say I want to employ a bitcoin miner... I doubt even if they did they'd have more luck finding one than me.

How do I get in touch with UK based miners?
How would I go about employing someone to oversee the purchase, setup and maintenance of equipment?
Even better how do I go about finding a business partner with the technical & electrical skills I lack?

I want the first site to start at 1PH and grow quickly from there. I really would appreciate any advice because I'm struggling to progress this further without technical skills, despite the massive advantage of free power!

You can find that in the forums but you do need to look and you have to be very cautious because most of us cannot be trusted.   Cry
I would say to get a 1PH mining operation running you are look at a decent amount of cash $100,000-$300,000.
Even with the latest ASICS you are looking at around 1,000 pieces of equipment.
That's alot of maintenance, cooling, hand holding, development and time.

As far as people are concerned you really need one experienced person, that doesn't have to be local, and a few minions.

I saw this interesting thread a while back https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1072474.0

17  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Cheap electricity on: July 09, 2016, 07:28:36 AM
I would check math and make sure it's 1 cent/KWH as that is very very cheap.  Make sure all taxes/fees are included in it.  But if you have 1 cent/KWH you should be able to mine with even a S7 for quite a long time.    You would not need the newest efficiency miner at that price.

But again make sure your math is correct.  Also check how much electricity you have as not sure if very limited amount.  But if you have a decent amount of electricity at that price, and can handle heat/sound you have a very good investment opportunity obviously.

I would reiterate this again, Check your math!! Check your Math!! Check Your Math!!
If you really have .01 electricity you could mine with anything 1 generation old, IE S7, and make a profit.
The single largest cost for mining is electricity, after all mining is turning electricity into hashes, and you have close to the best cost possible.

But beware there is a lot to learn (Wallet, miner hardware, mining software, settings, pools, etc)
Start slow and make sure you have the basics down to you can make the most coin possible before you go all in.

I also agree the S9's are still a little expensive, an S7 will cost a lot less and give you something to work with.

As another thought, you may also want to look at alt coin mining.  With .01 electricity and a good GPU rig there is also profit to be had.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The simplest, easiest way to explain BITCOIN to a newb on: July 09, 2016, 04:27:37 AM
You did hit the bulls eye there. Thag is one good hell of a way to explain it. Many people are sending money through their love ones also from different places and businesses will like this because of the low fee. You did good my friend. I will try it next time.

The mining and other stuff takes it too deep that is why they dont come back after we explain that.

Thanks I appreciate that my friend!

Indeed, not everyone cares how airplanes fly nor do they even understand aerodynamics even upon a 17th explanation, lol.

You rock for seeing eye to eye with me! Cheesy

I agree, I don't think the masses care about aerodynamics or candies or trading or halving or mining.
All they want is to see something they want, and buy it. If that can be easy then they will be good to go.
19  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: How can I know those HYIP site are paying? on: July 09, 2016, 04:06:56 AM
Unique crypto HYIP projects don't even require for expensive promotion either big investment from admin's side, this means it's possible to run a big project with about $100~ only and get back up to $50,000~ in few days only.
In addition to this, HYIP monitors are quite pointless and worthless for the crypto projects because those monitors are not effective (they are meant for classic HYIPs). In crypto business it's only needed to be unique and original, that's all.

so I told him that my explanation was basic.

I know most of the scammer today are children who buy everything ready.

The most important thing is that never and never invest in these shitty sites as HYIP, DOUBLE AND PONZI

That is awesome, roll your own scam!!
