hello,
I have tried to redeem my stakes at alpha.heatledger.com multiple times without luck. I have sent emails but no responses. Is this supposed to be working?

Try using only lower case letters. It worked for many eth addresses. That does not seem to be working either. I know the devs are busy(I have sent them emails). If you read the instructions, it says to send an email if you don't have the exact address you send it from. So I did read the instructions and send twice the amount in 2 different transactions. Please don't accuse people of not reading instructions if you don't know if they did. I have included all related information to the devs. Is there a deadline for redeeming? thanks nr if you would read the instructions, you would have your private key. the amount of 0.00015 BTC is still in your address and has not been moved. if you want help, because of stupidity, then dont say, you didnt do something stupid. probably the costs of giving you your service costs more then the 50 bucks you put into heat. dont get me wrong, i like you. try to find your private key, that cant be so hard. Ask the exchange for it or try to find it where you made the backup of it! Its like 5 seconds to put the file with the key on a cloud storage or an usb stick! its your money you lost and ask for finding it back for you. I am sure Heat will do everything possible to help you. Do something for Heat and spread out the good stuff they are doing. I am not sure why you so irritated. People are not as rich or smart as you are and they may do stupid things. If you don't want to help, stop replying. So have some patience. I will try again. |

Please don't trade with him. I was trying to get IOTA and send him .15 btc but no IOTA back. On my part, I should have been more careful trading directly with him. Should have insisted on an escrow.
