We use APC AP7911 30amp 220V PDUs in our racks, they cost about $130 used on ebay. Most ATX supplies accept either 110V or 220V in so all you need is the C13 - C14 cables.

The PDU is rated at 24A (12 Amps per bank @ 220V) so you can pull about 5KVA from your 30 Amp L6-30p plug.

Yes we have several of Sidehack's boards in hand and are working on a modified faceplate to support the Dell power supplies. They represent a huge cost savings over standard ATX supplies as surplus Dell PSU's cost about $12 compared to $200+ for an ATX Gold supply.

We also designed a custom GPU power adapter to wire these up. The Bitrocket GPU power adapter uses a single 2 conductor cable with 30 Amp quick connectors to simplify GPU wiring and eliminate the bulky PCIe power cables.

Units from our initial production run will have a plain aluminum finish, however we can add black anodizing and powder coating for $25 per unit if there is enough interest.

The cost will be $205 per unit plus shipping, unless we reach the discounted quantity of 25+ cases or more. Our unit cost will be based on how many units we order from the factory, and the final cost will be known before we place our order.

Factory discount pricing based on our total order size:
 5 - 24 cases, $205 each plus shipping
25 - 49 cases, $195 each plus shipping
50 - 99 cases, $180 each plus shipping
100+ cases, $165 each plus shipping

Guys I received my Aug full kit a few days ago and have been troubleshooting it ever since. It was DOA out of the box due to networking issues (the Gateway IP was set to something like 10.10.2.1). After that was corrected it wouldn't respond on the web server port for some reason. I bought a new router and set it up on it's own isolated network and hooked the raspberry pi directly up to a keyboard and monitor to get that resolved.

The unit has been hashing for two days now but having stability issues. On power up everything starts out at full speed but then it loses hash rate over time. I have optimized the cards by putting the highest rate cards in the first few slots and the worst performing cards at the end. One card stopped hashing completely and was removed.



I have tried two different pools and tried adjusting the difficulty at the pool. It's currently on BTCguild with a difficulty setting of 512. The unit is directly in front of an air conditioner with good air flow across all cards. It's powered by a 760W platinum power supply. None of my other ASIC rigs have this kind of fluctuation in hash rate.

To date this 400Ghash unit has mined less than one bitcoin. Please let me know the next step for troubleshooting.

And these components only have traces running to one side of the part. There's no sign of connections running to *any* pads on the chips. It's completely impossible for this to be a working circuit board.
