1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Pindex Token Backed By Pindify An Arts & Media Platform on: October 07, 2017, 08:47:00 PM
I don't have any experience with ICOs, although I made a few transactions using bitcoin. I checked this Pindex opportunity and I like all the information that are provided by the owner/admin. It is tempting to buy a few coins but I can't afford any investment at the moment. I would like to ask a member of this forum (if he reads this) to check this ICO and share with us all the pros and cons. I know it's very good at this. It is known as cryptodevil. So, if you read this, please post a comment here. Thank you.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is a Ponzi scheme and provably so. on: February 27, 2017, 09:14:47 PM
I think the things are very clear with Recyclix. Reading the most recent news from their website I can say only "how convenient!" It's a perfect excuse to delay withdrawals and implement limits to the users. Now a new "rule" is applied:

"...all Recyclix website users, who deposited before the fire on February 14th, 2017, will be divided into following categories:
1) Users who are in profit and with less than 33.3% revenue share
2) Users with 33,3% revenue share and in profit
3) Users with less than 33.3% revenue share or not yet in profit
Each group will be assigned a certain % of the waste quota decrease to balance the current waste capacity and operate smoothly during the recovery period, expected till June, 2017."

People already lost a part of their investments... just like that. The end is near.

I found on Facebook an answer regarding the McDonald's contract. Maybe another lie... who knows...  Huh

Hello,

The deal with the Dutch McDonald's is a cooperation with one of our partners that is having the direct agreement with McDonald's. We are subcontractors. More details will be published soon.

Best regards,

Stella, Customer Support Specialist

I made a withdrawal recently via BTC (the second one) and they don't asked me any ID or documents (as I heard they will). Moreover, the transaction seems it was automated, because I saw it immediately in my wallet (first confirmation after almost 2 hours).

If this company is a scam or not... well, I think only time will answer that. Because for now there is no clear, 100%, evidence for none of the variants.

The lie about the contract with McDonald's is interesting, because I don't see why they claim something that could be pretty easy to infirm. Maybe somebody from Recyclix will read this and explain on Facebook. If the contract is real they should make it public for viewing.

I found this on their news page:
"We have signed an important long-term contract with the Dutch department of McDonalds for collecting of plastic packaging and its further recycling at our plants."
Can this be verified? And if this is true, what does it mean? That McDonalds didn't check them out before signing the contract? What's the explanation?  Huh
