Tampaknya memang hak angket itu sulit terjadi apalagi partaai dari koalisi 01 dan 03 tampaknya tidak solid terlebih lagi PDIP hingga sekarang PDIP gak berani tu untuk mengajukan angket padahal PDIP kan partai pemenang pemilu dan memiliki jumlah kursi terbanyak di parlemen. Saya menganggap kalau isu angket itu hanya sebagai gertakan politik saja dan juga sebagai alat tawar agar pihak yang kalah bisa bergabung di pemerintahan baru nantinya.
Tinggal ditunggu saja bakalan diajukan atau tidak, walaupun pengajuan hak angket itu secara prosedur bisa dibilang mudah yaitu cuma tanda tangan 25 anggota dari setidaknya 2 fraksi yang berbeda tapi tentunya yang mau mengajukan itu juga harus punya persiapan macam2 tentang apa saja yang akan dibahas dll. Saya rasa kalau ini sebagai alat tawar untuk bisa gabung, itu bukan mental dari PDI-P karena PDI-P sudah terbukti menjadi oposisi selama pemerintahan SBY. Memang kalau dilihat dari rekam jejak PDIP kalau kalah selalu jadi oposisi terlebih lagi di era pemerintahan SBY karena memang Megawati dan SBY hubungannya tidak baik. Tetapi politik itu dinamis gan, apa saja bisa terjadi sperti Gerindra yang ketika kalah malah masuk koalisi. Mungkin saja kan kalau PDIP akan masuk koalisi juga apalagi hubungan Megawati dan Prabowo baik bahkan keduanya pernah menjadi pasangan capres-cawapres. ketika zaman SBY jadi oposisi kader2 nya PDIP sangat luar biasa dalam menyerap aspirasi rakyat ketika naiknya harga BBM kader2 pdip macam rieke diah pitaloka militansi nya sangat luar biasa dalam demo mengecam pemerintah. sebenarnya paling bagus jika PDIP kalah emang berada di oposisi. meski tidak bisa sejalan dengan PKS. tapi jika pdip dan PKS nanti jadi oposisi sangat lah bagus jadi penyeimbang keijakan2 pemerintah yang mungkin saja nanti bisa menyimpang |

Sehingga yang tersisa menjadi oposisi itu tinggal PDIP, PKS, PPP dan partai kecil lainnya. Sementara itu antara PDIP dan PKS ini agak kurang akur, yang dimana menjadi hal yang cukup sulit untuk mereka bisa menyatukan ritme.
Saya katakan bahwa hak angket ini akan gagal, karena setidaknya sebelum ditujukan, hak angket ini harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari 50% lebih keanggotaan DPR-RI. Dan ini tidak akan cukup, jika wacana PKB dan Nasdem untuk pindah itu benar-benar terjadi.
