1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Huge Selfdrop List for Free BSC Tokens on: April 23, 2021, 05:43:31 AM
Can you self drop several times in one token? I am just thinking. I did not anyway tried it. Anyway, reaching out to help others get free like this is a great work. Let me check if I still have extra merit points for you. Good luck and regards!
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When altcoin price increase on: September 18, 2019, 08:38:41 AM
When bitcoin price increasess, altcoin decreases. When bitcoin price decreases, altcoin decreases as well. In both case, altcoin suffers. When does altcoin price increases? Why market follow this behavior? Please share constructive reason behind this.
This is an old post already I noticed but anyway my opinion is because Bitcoin is the King of cryptocurrency and because of that, all cryptocurrency and tokens depend on the up and down of his price. Why? I believe it is because of the huge community the bitcoin is enjoying, they support bitcoin but they also see other coins worth to invest so when unfavorable news is surfacing about bitcoin, they anticipate the effect and the outcome is that they hide their money in stable coin. This is the time we see the bitcoin price is going down together with the other crypto coins. I do not believe that it is always the case of when bitcoin is down the altcoins price decreases as well.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Ripple surge. The rest of altcoins also rally and leave bitcoin? on: September 18, 2019, 05:33:09 AM
Will this be the start of a short-lived altcoins dominating the market? Will bitcoin stuck for another month or a few months more before climbing back to the top? What's your opinion?

4  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [Koro-Koro] mga magaganap sa taong 2019-2020 on: September 17, 2019, 10:47:57 PM
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / What are we really investing in bitcoin? on: September 16, 2019, 07:44:22 AM
Is the service and profitability, even if bitcoin is highly volatile, are the only two reasons why bitcoin is attractive to investors? Any good opinions or answers? Thanks
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Centralized and Decentralized. on: September 13, 2019, 07:27:59 AM
What is the meaning of Centralized and Decentralized. I know it's a very very old question but i want to know more properly. I really appreciate if someone tell me about what is really meaning of Centralized and Decentralized (in easy way  Cheesy). And what is the different between Centralized and Decentralized Platform. Which one is good for regular people...?

-TIA  Kiss Kiss
From what I understand if an exchanges or trading platform is centralized you have to do KYC or Know Your Client. It means that your personal informations and details are going to be submitted to an exchanges and decntralized is free from submitting any information about yourself.
7  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit "trading" - buying and selling Bitcointalk merit on: September 11, 2019, 05:34:51 AM
Merit is a good thing for bitcointalk quality posters. Just sad to learn that there is sMerit buying in this good reward harvesting which means that posters are not any more important to if the real value of his post is meritable or not because he can buy it anyway. Good thing is that if you caught this way, you are going to get suspended and probably banned from this forum.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever invested in an ICO? on: September 11, 2019, 05:00:40 AM
Have you ever invested in an ICO? If yes, then it’s your chance to contribute your knowledge towards the very new field of academic studies.
In doing so, you will become part in scientific discoveries with regards to this new form in raising capital.
Many thanks in advance for your contribution!

Many thanks, Mari
I am an investor of ICO before but the return from the profit is not as high as I expected when I invest because the market went to bear trend. So I think that because most of my co-investors are going to dump it will even make the value lower so I also sell them even with low profit than getting negative return because of dumping. And a year or so passed, it has been swap to another token because the developer of that coin works in that new project and he cannot anymore focus in developing it, he is a pity.

*September 23, 2019 = Bakkt will launch officially
*October 13, 2019 = SEC makes final decision on bitwise Bitcoin ETFs
*October 18, 2019 = SEC rules on whether to pass vanEck/solidX ETFs
*October = Mt. Gox Civil Rehabilitation Case
*May 2020 = Bitcoin Halving

Read here some info
Magiging everybody happy kapag nagkaganon.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Peter Brandt: 99% of Altcoins Will Be Forgotten in Five Years on: September 04, 2019, 08:32:01 AM
I reckon he might be partly correct, however, there are altcoins that are supported by small but loyal communities and excellent developers that refuse to be forgotten.

I am an Aeon bagholder and I have already accepted its fate that it will never be as big as bitcoin or its big brother, Monero. Will I stop supporting it? No and I am not the only holder giving it support as a hobby.

Peter Brandt thinks everything is about making holders rich. He lost the essence of community and opensource development in the cryptospace.

The altcoin market continues to bleed out, setting one fresh low after the next. It’s caused the overall crypto market sentiment to reach extreme fear and despair, with many worrying that the altcoins they hold may never again return to their previous all-time high prices.

However, career trader Peter Brandt says that the fate of the altcoin market is much worse than never again setting new highs. The professional trader claims that in five years, 99% of all crypto assets will be a distant memory.

According to Peter Brandt – in response to a tweet suggesting that Litecoin, Ethereum, and Ripple were going to continue to set new lows and that crypto traders should focus on Bitcoin as their main asset of choice as the one with the most “lasting value” – as much as 99% of all crypto assets will be forgotten in five years time.

Investors in Litecoin, Ethereum, and Ripple were particularly defensive, but later Brandt clarified that “LTC and ETH have far more going for them” than the rest of altcoins, which he refers to as a “junk pile.”

However, Brandt may not be wrong about his statement. Earlier this year, crypto analytics firm DataLight shared a visual representation of the top ten cryptocurrencies by market cap and how it has evolved since 2013.

Before even clicking play, the only recognizable cryptocurrency on the list aside from Bitcoin itself is Litecoin. Not even Ripple was released at this point.

The list includes the likes of Peercoin, Namecoin, Feathercoin, Novacoin, Mincoin, Devcoin, Terracoin, and Aphrodite Coin. If you are scratching your head, wondering what these altcoins are, then it may not be unfathomable that the current crypto market top ten might all be forgotten in the matter of another five years, just as Brandt says.

I don't think that 99% of altcoins will be forgotten. That's nonsense in my opinion to say that. First, people prefer an investment that will give them good return of their money and if there are only few to choose. Second, top ten in the altcoins may not endure the five years but other altcoins will replace them to be in the top ten because people or investors are hungry of new investments to get more returns. Third, there are still many reasons that cryptos and altcoins will hold on until five years and even 10 years more.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where are you trading? on: September 04, 2019, 07:44:40 AM
I am interested in trading lesser known Cryptos, XRP, XEM, DIM, etc. I wonder what exchange you guys are using? I will be in and out trading on momentum. I love the charts Hitbtc has. And they have a large number of Crytos available, and they seem to have a lot of activity, but it seems everyone is always complaining about not getting their purchase credited, etc. To go in and out the purchase needs to go into the account instantly so it can be sold.

I have Bitcoin and Litecoin to deposit, just not sure if I want to go into Hitbtc? If anyone is trading at Hitbtc, would love to hear about it. There is no phone to talk to anyone there. Any insight / experience on Hitbtc, or other references for other exchange options is greatly appreciated.

There are many exchanges who are becoming shit because they hold withdrawals just like hitbtc before but I guess it has been resolved already. SO trading in lesser known cryptos, if you can trade them in bigger exchanges, use them than using small time platform. They just want your money because of bigger fees they charge. Choose exchanges with bigger volumes of exchange and trading because you just end up getting your tokens or cryptos stuck with fees deductions in there and maybe decided to withdraw it and transfer with platform having good volumes for the token you hold.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Do you think IEO is more legit if launch on big exchnages like Binance? on: September 04, 2019, 06:58:51 AM
I think it is a bit more legit if an IEO is launch on bigger exchanges. Because they know that it can be very hard to enter big exchanges and convince them that your project is very useful and insight of having a very solid future to get funds using them. What's you opinion on this? Do you think there are other reasons if they choose other small exchange platforms?
14  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Anong Coins o Altcoins ang Pwedeng Sumabay Kay Bitcoin on: July 20, 2019, 06:16:33 AM

1. Ethereum
2. XRP
3. ADA
4. Litecoin
5. BCH
6. TRON

15  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ilang BTC kailangan nating I hold para sa future? on: July 20, 2019, 05:08:10 AM

Dapit may BTC0.0083 lang tayo na savings at least in a month. Kaya natin yan di ba?

https://cointelegraph.com/news/morgan-creek-ceo-says-every-investor-should-hold-some-bitcoin

16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fake money? Think again! on: June 12, 2019, 01:26:21 PM
I am glad your nephew understand what is all about cryptocurrency. You have explained it very well in very simple and plain English that he was turned supporter and believe about bitcoin.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Wall Street really interested in Bitcoin? on: June 05, 2019, 04:09:00 PM
If I have to understand, everybody knows Wall Street is all about money a financial district known to the world of business and market. So it is not new or odds to anyone interested in profit and gains if they become interested in bitcoins where huge money is becoming the talk in the business news and on Twitter. If there is you think there would be manipulations in the future, do not get surprised because it is already happening even without them yet in the scene if they hold a big percentage of the bitcoin mined and in its possession.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The recent Bitcoin Doji "Death Candle" - Your thoughts? on: June 04, 2019, 01:01:19 PM
When it comes to technical analysis, stocks and money market traders are experts on this chart analysis. I don't really believe all the predictions and chart or technical analysis of many so-called trading experts. I have been in bitcoin many years already and all I can say is that bitcoin has its own movement and most of the time experts opinion and technical analysis does not happen.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the altcoin bull started on: June 04, 2019, 12:29:24 PM
I don't understand there is altcoin bull run while all I know it is the cryptocurrency market or bitcoin bull run only where altcoins are following the price of bitcoin. So it is bitcoin that determine where the price of altcoins are going. If bitcoin is in uptrend, most of the altcoins movement is to go up and when bitcoin price is going down, altcoins price is going down also.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin and eth big scam on: June 03, 2019, 07:46:39 AM
I buy bitcoin at14000 and eth at 1200 and they only fall in price. Cryptic are scams wish I never invested. I should of listen to Warren buffet
Because you are a newbie,  in bitcoin you forgot to research before you invest. In any undertaking, you should know what you are doing first. Before you engage in anything, know what it is all about because, in the end, no one is responsible for anything you have done but you. You are the one who decides for yourself.
