1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why now is the time to invest in Bitcoin on: October 11, 2017, 10:41:31 PM
Because a lot of popular businesses persons started to promote bitcoin and they also said will invest a huge amount of money in cryptocurrencies. Also the fork in coming and there are speculations saying the price will skyrocket after this. Also bitcoin supply wich can be mined is keep decreasing, so the mining will be harder and more expensive. That means the price will also be higher since it is harder to get it
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi controlling 500'000 BTC on: October 11, 2017, 07:02:16 PM
I am absolutely sure Satoshi owns a very big amount of bitcoin because in the pre sale of bitcoin a fixed number of bitcoins was pre-mined and I dont think all of them were sold wich leads to the point that the remaining amount of bitcoins are in the possession of Satoshi. Also, being the creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi knows all the secrets of it and I am sure he can somehow hack the system.
3  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be 10k in the next 6-10 months! on: October 11, 2017, 06:58:06 PM
As you can read the title, these are the words said by Former Wall Street giant turned Billionaire Mike Novogratz that they won't be surprised if Bitcoin reaches $10k by 2018. We have all been seeing some sarcastic comments from many Wall Street giants and here's an opposite statement coming from someone who used to be a part a Wall-Street. Hey critics, what do you think now?

We are sure to see 10k very soon because the price has broken the level that I expected it to, before the end of October. So, let's just start counting days unless this battle between SW and S2X comes to an end and let the real action begin.
Mike Novogratz said he will invest $500M in cryptocurrencies, initial coin offering and other related companies. This is a big positive thing for bitcoin and for sure it will help the price to go up, but it is not sure it will go up to 10.000$. We have to wait for the next fork and see what impact it will have for bitcoin. Also the Russian banks are not yet in a good situation with cryptocurrencies
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Any App that generates bitcoin on: October 11, 2017, 06:46:16 PM
Just as it says in the subject. Are there any other apps (browser-based, app based, etc.) that generates bitcoin. The generation rate is irrelevant. Thanks
If you are referring to an app that can generate free bitcoins without doing anything, that does not exist. There are games/faucets for android/ios but every 5 minutes you have to refresh the page and complete 2-3 captchas.
There is no browser-based or phone app where you can earn a lot of bitcoins, all of them that exists offer only a very small amount of money.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: October 10, 2017, 06:00:13 PM
Bitcoin is already an international currency. Wherever you are, you can always use your Bitcoin to transact with someone online. When visiting other countries and you want to get a local currency, you can look up online what online wallet supports a withdrawal in that currency. For example, in my country which is the Philippines, we have coins.ph which allows you to withdraw your Bitcoins into peso. I bet there are other countries that has website like ours.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: October 10, 2017, 05:58:40 PM
In my opinion yes, it is possible for bitcoin to loose all its value one day. But as we learned fron numerous other examples, an asset that it is appreciating, will not loose its value very easy, nor it will deprecate to nothing. For example gold it never deprecated in value altough now is a symbolic asset that a practical one.
Bitcoin is 6-7 years old, the next 5 years will tell if it will remain or loose all its value.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: October 10, 2017, 05:51:15 PM
Bitcoin popularity how much running day by day it's not very much far not only Gold in this world every business should deals by great Bitcoin. Gold and Bitcoin almost similar who have Bitcoin they can buy anytime any moment everywhere Gold and who have gold they can buy too both is I think related each others and both is valuable things.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me a secret: any way to earn 0.1 BTC per week? on: October 10, 2017, 05:45:56 PM
If you are fine with earning fiat and then buying Bitcoin with that money, then just get a job. If you mean just straight up earning Bitcoin, there are a couple of things that you can do. There are a couple of people on this forum that need different job done, such as writing articles or translating articles. You could do some of those which would make you a decent amount depending on how much time you are willing to spend. You could also try posting for a signature campaign and the last way is to bet on sports or esports that you are familiar with. This is a bit risky, but if you know
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold BTC or Buy Altcoins - Hard fork on: October 10, 2017, 04:43:57 PM
Definitely I would choose to buy bitcoins because the price never dropped. I mean everytime a wrong thing that was meant to affect bitcoin happened its price dropped and then increased back to the normal value. I think the same thing is happening with the popular altcoins, they keep their price the same or it gets higher. I recommend to buy only altcoins that are old enough and are well known
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: October 10, 2017, 04:38:15 PM

If the bitcoin price would become stable and making all get some kind of dividends from it,would be great to buy anything with bitcoin worthing 1 dollars, the history of pizza and many others that are on history of bitcoin biggest trades ever.Lower value mainstream maybe already bigger value deeply investment and more investors,in the end the value matters for all besides being a currency sure all like to sleep and wake up with more 10 dollars or even 5 bucks in value.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Someone from 2020 contacted me on: October 10, 2017, 04:35:41 PM
He sent me this pic:

Those numbers in the picture are going to be real in future. But I dont know if that is going to happen until 2020. In last years bitcoin price skyrocketed very much, so I dont think it is possible to happen the same thing in next 2 years.
We have to wait and see what governments are going to do with cryptocurrencies because pretty much they are controlling the price
12  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: October 10, 2017, 04:27:52 PM
because digital currency is decentralized, the government can get their hands controlling it which makes them quite useless while paper money are easy to track, totally backed by the government so they can do what they want with it: printing, holding, tracking,... If the government decides to incorporate with digital currency, there will be nothing good as they will try to alter it and control it. Furthermore, they still don't really love bitcoin so why the hell do they want to create one and use it? So paper money are still going to be the trend for a while
13  Economy / Services / Re: VID-STREAM SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN on: October 10, 2017, 02:51:38 PM
0.00001 BTC per post? hope you get many participants later dude..
Yeah, it think he is new here on bitcointalk and he thinks this is like a paid to post forum where you are paid 0.01$ for every post you make. First I thought he typed a 0 in addition but I see he does not respond to our posts wich means that are actually the real rates. I think the persons who join this didnt saw the amount of bitcoin they will receive for every post
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: regret by not believing in BITCOIN? on: October 10, 2017, 02:33:07 PM
I have always believed in Bitcoin with some short periods I didn't  Cheesy During such periods I sold many of my Bitcoins. Not all but approx. 3/4 over the years. Today I regret it. I made good profit of those sales. But I would have made much more when I would have held until today. I will hodl the rest I own for many years, no matter how hard price corrections of Bitcoin will be. I will never say to myself that you had a week hand.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: October 10, 2017, 02:31:22 PM
No trusted online investment site in this world it will turn to scam for sure. The legitimate program to grow your bitcoin is trading site because you can just buy stacks and sell it. Just follow the basic rules in this program buy low sell high then takes profit. The other option is gambling websites but there you need more research and a bit more luck. Be smart and study something before you invest in it
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: October 10, 2017, 02:24:10 PM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?
Unemployment is a problem prevailing today in all parts of the world even in developed countries. Some of the unemployed people are even homeless. They don't even have door number and street address which are required to open a bank account. Here comes the Bitcoin, just like the magical wand in the hands of harry potter,it comes to the rescue of such homeless and jobless people. They could just download a wallet in their laptops and even use freely available wifi internet in some parks or malls to access bitcoin transactions. As soon as they earn bitcoins either by participating in signature campaigns or through faucets, once they receive bitcoin in their wallet, they could just convert it into cash and foods and products in plenty of ways, every thing without identification.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will a new type of Token or Coin replace Bitcoin completely? on: October 10, 2017, 02:13:32 PM
Hi guys,

May I solicit your educated opinion on this topic.. as you can see Bitcoin have undergone a fork this 2017 and now there will be another fork again for Bitcoin Gold.. How sure are we that Bitcoin will perform its purpose, or will another Token or coin come into the spotlight, maybe not now... but most probably on the year 2021?

Thank you for the feedbacks.. All are highly appreciated.
I think it is extremely hard for a new token/coin to replace bitcoin because bitcoin is already 9 years old. You cannot create something so old and so popular in a short time.
The only coin that coule replace bitcoin is a coin created by governments, a coin created by USA or China could surpass bitcoin. But that seems impossible because I dont think the governments need that.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So many clones of BTC. In or not? on: October 10, 2017, 01:59:51 PM
There are many clones of BTC thats coming out with so much hype. So many versions like E-BTC and many others that says they are better than BTC. Are they valuable? Or will BTC always be the King?
People will always copy something that became popular and powerful. It is logically because they think they can do the same thing wich is extremely hard. Of course bitcoin will always be in the top. You cannot replicate a thing that is on the market for almost 10 years in a few months. I personally dont trust something that is copied because that is not a new idea or technology wich means it will not be successful. Even if at the beginning a new coin may seem great , only 0.001% will actually be successful in future
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Become A Bitcoin Expert on: October 10, 2017, 01:54:02 PM
Hello, I've been hovering around bitcoin for months and I want to become an expert in it. What resources are available and what steps can I take to know all there is to know about bitcoin and possibly reproduce the technology involved.
Thank you.
There is no special book or website/forum to become an expert in Bitcoin. You have to search all the informations from all the internet about bitcoin and learn it. If something is misunderstood or it is wrong you can ask the people on forums that are already experts so you can convince if that is true or not. It takes a of time to become an expert, not only in Bitcoin. In any domain it will take a few years of research and practice until you can become an expert. It is not going to be easy
20  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are some disadvantages of BTC? on: October 10, 2017, 01:16:31 PM
We all know the advantages of BTC, but what are some of the disadvantages??
For most of people bitcoin being anonymous is an advantage. But for police this is a big disadvantage ,maybe the biggest one. People can buy drugs, fake identities, prostitutes and all kinds of illegal things with bitcoin. Yes, you can buy that with real money but that would be a lot easier to discover.
The big fees for low transactions(lower than 20$) are also a disadvantage. Bitcoin cannot be used to buy things like a coffe or a sandwich because you would pay double or triple of the normal price.
