recently added chips to site and told admin i would like to withdraw because hes not consistently around to help new players or even help the ones trying to help out, once i stated to confirm my withdraw of the 11 chips i got entered into my account the email log vanishes with no response im highly frustrated with this individual and nobody wants to help someone that is this ignorant i tried to be kind and patient but enough is enough, please get to withdrawing my funds i am highly upset with your services.thank you and peace to you

The freeroll has been adjusted to 30 players and 0.015, before it was 25 players and 0.02.
Unfortunately I haven't had any deposits, and I'm investing in the site, so I'm just trying to keep it reasonable.
If we had some deposits, then I (yes me), could give away more.
I have a 6 seater 10+1 with 50 chips added... Thats another giveaway, I thought that would go, but most people find 0.01 too expensive I guess, even with the 0.05 prize chips in a 6 seater.
I'm trying here guys.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Like I said on the other thread, listening to the players is key. THe software for poker os Mavens and nothing new on the site yet. Its hard for people to trust sites that way. Freerolls doesn't really cut it. I would suggest adding payouts for people who play for particular amount, as that would be a way to attract deposits and retain players. <!!!!!DEP AND NO CREDIT TO SITE WTF !!!! |

Sorry for the delay in paying the winnings. I've had a very difficult week. My pregnant girlfriend left back to europe, I had some banking issues, fucking banks... I've had very little sleep and really focused on my family situation. I'm gonna be a Dad and not be able to see the little one straight away, it's tough but I don't have the family support group where I live to manage a child as horrible as that sounds.
I will have the winners paid tonight or tomorrow at the latest.
Rob did the checks for cheating and everyone who won was legitimate. He is in no way responsible for this delay. It's all me.
Please accept my apologies. It's just me running the site, I love poker, I want to make a place where people love to play and have a community. I haven't researched it but I probably threw out the biggest freeroll on a new site ever... don't quote me on that though.
Please have a little more patience and understanding. The response was overwhelming, I had like 10 chats going while neglecting my last days with my girl. Trying to provide proper support to players.
Bottom line, you will be paid. I hate bullshit, we are all about no bullshit.... so sorry for this bit of it.
Also, we are an instant deposit/withdrawal site with real money. I do have to approve it manually so if I'm sleeping there may be a slight delay but generally it will be quick.

So, I generally give people the benefit of the doubt in any given situation, however, times like this make me question that philosophy. I won the FR last Saturday night. I was told by site admin, after some discrepancies about the payout structure in the tournament info, that 1st place paid out 1000mBtc. He said he wanted to have someone check the logs to make sure no cheating had occurred and that once it was verified, we would be able to w/d from the site, most likely Sunday morning. I put in my w/d request Sunday morning. I talked to admin again, briefly, on Sunday, via the onsite chat, and was assured we would be paid out "today or tomorrow." Since then, I've yet to receive a response to my on site message, nor the dm I sent him on this site. The post above was from Monday evening, and I've yet to receive my coin. Hopefully one day, I'll see it , but I'm not counting on it.   admins states it’s an issue of coin not cash, and if anyone wants a wire transfer email him otherwise it will be sorted between now and 12 PST |

I would recommend that the site owner explore a connection with Moneypot, such that moneypot users can easily transfer balances back and forth, and provide some advertising on the MP site. You might even run FR using Rubies, a currency launched by Betterbets - another MP app. Just trying to be helpful ...
I'll suggest it to the owner. But I'm not doing any more work until he pays the free roll players. can u confirm the winners been scammed, still nothing paid out ? |

I coded much of the site. I made the games provably fair, added the crypto integration, and added the user area among other things. I can vouch for the owner. I often do hundreds of dollars in work for him in advance and he always pays. I know him to be solvent enough to pay the bonuses he offers and to pay out winners. I will however in my next conversation with him suggest that he sign a message to prove solvency.
Until there is an official thread on bitcointalk from him, if you have suggestions, make them here and I will pass them on.

No Top 4 was paid in their account and after checking that they didn't cheat they will be able to withdraw. So it is your new site? Just curious why you announce it after the 2btc freeroll ended. Sounds a bit fishy to me tbh, hope the winners from the 2btc freeroll are member of bitcointalk forum so they can confirm that they receive the prizes.
We did announce it here before the free-roll start. they are still yet to pay there freeroll winners as well as we ran a daily 20c fr albert33 won and was not able to cashout so its looky very sketch. also no live support since day after the freeroll. rip how they fix there image because this is bullshit. |
