Was kind of interested but my BS detector was triggered here.. I mean cmon what will happen if you show proof with 605$? It is like saying I will edit the image to 605$ balance, send it here and your method will get broken I mean cmon be real.

Such review.. As a photoshop expert I know how to optimize images and this right here didnt tell anything about the software.

I also do not see any info on what it actually does? Does quality degrade? If so can it be seen by our eyes? I mean would save me time instead of opening PS and saving images.. but really need more info.
