Have been asked a lot lately to provide Paypal ID verified accounts since people do get banned quite much using US PP accounts.

Some answers to questions*************
Does it have 21 days hold?Higher volume transactions at the start could get under hold (but they get released after). I only happen to get one transaction on hold so what I recommend is to do some smaller transactions first (up to $30) to warm the account up a bit.
Instant Delivery?No. It will take me up to 3 days to make fully verified and approved ID account.
How will I withdraw money?You can either withdraw to the CC attached to PP and I can then give you details of the card (or tell you how to get one) OR withdraw to the bank provided or get the bank account (not in all countries).
Do I need VPN or Proxy?You can login with your own IP though I would recommend you to get any country proxy for 12 months and just always use that (what I am doing).
