I don't see where you get off calling me names. Clearly if she has involvement in his past schemes. Means she is a scammer herself.
Scammers raise the best scammers. Don't be blind. People like this don't just fucken spawn from hell.

That's not really true.  Scammers (and I know this from personal experience) will often use good/naive people they can control to sign company documents and then contracts for credit, etc. so that they can keep their hands clean when things blow up.  They are very, very good at manipulating people and feel absolutely no remorse for doing it.  Ryan isn't a very good scammer in that regard but perhaps he's learning still...

Holy crap, posting his mother's info seems a little over the top.

And wrong. Period. Thank you for sticking up for what is right.

Actually, if you refuse to pay your bills and the collectors don't know where to find you they will call your work, parents, siblings, etc. so that they can get in touch with you.  It's legal to do so in the US at least (with certain restrictions).

It is not legal for some 12 year old child on this forum to do with as he pleases. You are not being reasonable in your comparisons.

There is nothing illegal about calling a person's relatives in order to get a hold of them regarding a debt (with certain restrictions).  Of course harassment is a different issue.

If you want your money back your going to have to make it in Alex's best interest to return it.  Make him an offer he can't refuse...

I'm not here to argue, but asking someone with his kind of conscience to give back money? That just doesn't happen.

I don't think you understand what an "offer he can't refuse" is.  Here's an example: "You can return the money or we will take your liver".

Then whats the problem, why can't UK fraud authorities prosecute him, the funds are gone and he was in sole control, and obviously the above trail isn't a 'bug' ferreting the funds away like that?

If I was this slimy little fuck, I'd claim that someone hacked into the server without my knowledge and stole the money or that the Russian programmers I'd hired to build v2 stole it or that the other employees did it, or....  I'm sure he'll have a story, perhaps several.  You see, he's just as much a victim as the rest of us.

Can it be PROVEN that he had sole access?  Can it be PROVEN that he actually transferred the BTC?  My guess is not easily.

If you want your money back your going to have to make it in Alex's best interest to return it.  Make him an offer he can't refuse...

How many times we'll have to say to never trust the exchanges ? Store most of your BTC in a secure wallet guys, it's not the first time that happened and I'm sure it's far to be the last one. Greed never changes.

This isn't a solution.  People need to have trustworthy exchanges.  I transferred BTC to mintpal for a trade 1hr before it disappeared.  Either the technology needs to be there for decentralized trustless exchanges or we need to have community organizations and standards with which to properly audit companies (and the individuals involved) so that this sort of thing doesn't keep happening.  If there is no 3rd party oversight, no accountability and unvetted/anonymous people in charge this is guaranteed to continue.

So what/who is actually running Mint now?  Who is executing the withdrawals?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: MintPal / Moolah Scam - CEO Arrested - 412 BTC Reported Missing on: October 17, 2014, 05:19:51 PM
When v2 came online - all my balances were reported correctly.  I proceeded to make withdrawals and I promptly received:

DRK 5,000
XC 18,500
BC 184,500

But I did not receive my 18.182011303 BTC withdrawal that I placed on Oct 10.

When I logged in on Oct 14, I saw all of my original balances still there!  I tried to withdraw the BTC once more to only to now see 2 pending withdrawals for the same amount.  Still nothing received.  I have not attempted to withdraw these additional fund because that would be stealing, but despite my many efforts to report the issue, the balances still remain.

This is horrible news.  If others are double withdrawing, someone ain't gonna get there coins...  what a fucking trainwreck.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: MintPal / Moolah Scam - 412 BTC Reported Missing So Far on: October 16, 2014, 04:41:49 PM
I have requested the withdrawal of my BTC from mint but nothing yet.  There's a note on the page that says they're rebuilding the BTC daemon so hopefully it'll happen.

If you receive your BTC, please post here.

I'm afraid this will still end up being an incompetence scam...

So, the code that was 'ready for audit' actually has a looong way to go to complete?  Figures.  Fuck Alty...  I'm sure he cashed in nicely on that last pump.

2 months to complete the code from here, plus however long it takes to audit it?  That's rough, but I hope you are successful cashmen.

On the bright side, no one could produce less than Alty or communicate more poorly.  Good riddance.

Unfortunately, the 'code' that was 'ready' to be released will probably (definitely) be worthless.

Dead cat bounce

No.  Deadcat corrections occur on LESS volume than the downward spike.  This one had much more.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CLOAK] Cloakcoin | No Premine | X13 | Decentralized Market and PoSA on: October 06, 2014, 07:01:28 PM
can someone explain this, this is pure insider trading, accumulate 1 day before the big bang, anyway the accumulating got them profit of 200-300% the profit which they steal from you

Sounds like you explained it yourself.  That might also explain the horrible communication; it was a way to get the price nice and low to accumulate cheap and in volume.

You ever wonder how Alty finances 'development'?  You think he works a day job and then funnels that into paying devs?  He plays the market just like everyone else except he can stack the deck.  It's easier than stealing candy from babies.

I think that after a while it becomes obvious that insider trading and bullshitting people is a MUCH easier way to profit than actually producing anything.

Something weird is going on around here.  I'll buy more and find out, at this current price I can afford to be wrong.

I see bagholders...

Update:

Here is a little look at what we are about to release to you guys as part of the PoSA 3 update.

Don't forget there is more than that with Cecil.

The following paper is an early draft version and we've since improved it.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/vom6rg0tudx62uq/POSAv3_Bitcloak0.5.pdf

The next time I'm in the IRC (should be this evening) it'll be to hand everything over to the community, as in opensource this project.

Why post a month old PDF?  If you've 'since improved it', how about detailing the new blueprint and what's been accomplished.

What does 'about to release' mean?  What's going to be in the 'PoSA 3 update'?   What's been accomplished with CECIL and OneMarket?

No offense but your 'updates' stink.

@ramikawach #Bittrex get ready for a surge in #Cloak #Cloakcoin volume in the next week or so! Smiley

He was right though, volume DID surge.  Price plummeted from 52K to 12K, but hey, you can't have everything.

yes and a small rise in price! .... but how is that possible for dead coin???

Dead cats bounce if thrown hard enough.  Think of that arc from 53K to 12K as a dead cat fastball.

Deleting posts from Kryptonite and anybody quoting him.

He clearly has a hidden agenda.

And guess what the agenda is?  BUYING MORE CLOAK.  There's no other reason to dump & FUD.  If you wanted to get out at a good price you wouldn't dump all at once on the weekend where volume is low and you certainly wouldn't FUD.

Am I on the wrong chain?
Many nodes from the block explorer conf file have 2 to 3 banscores.
Their subversion is either none or repetitive encoding.

Have you compared your wallets height to the block explorer's height?
