Thank you LTU_btc. So Cryptopay might be best for UK?
Yeah, Cryptopay seems to be best option currently. And I wasn't right that they have only virtual cards, they have plastic cards also. But you need to know that they have £1.00 monthly maintenance fee and £1.75 ATM withdrawal fee. Thank you LTU_btc.

Unfortunately, there are no such cards as others already said, especially for GBP. And in general, there aren't not much options available in market since last year when majority of Bitcoin debit cards stopped working. Mostly services promised that they will find new card provider soon, but until now we still have to wait. There are few cards available now, but their prices, fees and limits aren't very attractive to use. And I think you should forget about anonymous cards - hugeblack explained why wery well.
Thank you LTU_btc link. What is the best of those available now? I don't know which one is best, because all of them have more or less disadvantages. Bipay available in USA only, Cryptopay have only virtual cards for EU residents, Shift and Wirex is expensive. I don't know any other avaiable cards right now, but maybe I forgot something. Thank you LTU_btc. So Cryptopay might be best for UK?

Hi OmegaStarScream, I followed the instructions (address above) using VirWoX, ie bitcoin (£5.10 worth) to VirWoX. Exchange to SLL then to $5 USD (still have SLL = 207.16), USD withdrawn to Paypal = $3.90 USD. All seems well so far. Will check tomorrow to see if Paypal account still up and running. Thank you again.

I never use or know how VirWoX services are but after going through there site they seems to be ok and I will advice you to follow your heart. However, if I were you I will trade with the users that OmegaStarScream recommended while I try VirWox with little fund just to be sure how it works. If bitcoin ATM is close to you there why not check menapay. In the mean time why not contact Virwox second email office@virtualworldservices.atThank you hula, very kind of you. I did resend email to VirWoX using both emails, no reply as yet. I received a reply from Virwox instructing me to follow: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/VirWoX#How_to_sell_bitcoins

The issue with Paypal is that Paypal is reversible. So its very risky for the individual who is selling the Bitcoins. Paypal used to be a popular option a few years back when there was less exchanges, and everybody only did Paypal by escrow and it was fairly safe.
However these days there is no reason to use Paypal since there are many exchanges. And if you need the cash right away, just go to a Bitcoin ATM which sells GBP for BTC. The fee is usually high 10% but its more convenient for some.
Thank you, I don't need cash, I want to buy something on ebay :-) But worth knowing about Bitcoin ATM for when I do need cash.

You should be able to do so using Coinbase, BitPanda or Virwox. If none of these solutions is possible for you, just trade with individuals in Localbitcoins/Paxful or the forums.
Just make sure to trade with trustworthy and reputable members while dealing with other individuals because you'll be the one sending bitcoin which is irreversible while that's not the case for PP.
Thank you OmegaStarScream. Could you take me through the procedure. My bitcoin is on another website, how should I send it to Coinbase and how from Coinbase should I send it to PayPal? Firstly, I want you to know that you'll need to provide your personal information in other to make use of the exchanges mentioned and the option you have to stay anonymous is trade with a green trust member on here but if you choose not go to Coinbase, cex evonax, paxful they all offer bitcoin to paypal transaction register an account and send the btc to your deposit address. Coinbase states: 'Transfers using PayPal are no longer available' How do I found a green trust member? Can anyone take me step by step into sending bitcoin to Virwox account, then sending to paypal please?

You can get anonymous bitcoin debit card from several sites but their use will be limited, after verification(often it is an identity card and proof of address.) you can use it freely. Some sites need a card to check your balance so you will be able to use the cards with that sites without verification. Most sites like Google and PayPal need verified cards before using(to check your age and your bank information's). this post about all cards https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1410577.0Thank you hugeblack

There were a lot of ICOs that potentially offered Debit Cards for their investors and customers. But most of these ICOs aren't compliant with any laws of any major jurisdiction let alone their offered cards. There was a good video from TenX about this topic that explained why their ICO got delayed and why it is so important for companies to take into account that in order to process fiat in any way, you need to comply with regulations. If you don't, you'll sooner or later regret it. As there is no real anonymity in fiat<->crypto, at least not on a larger scale, there is no such service you mentioned, unfortunately.
Thank you.

You're not going to find an 'anonymous' card. That said have you looked into Uquid or cryptopay bitcoin debit cards? They are two of the most popular btc debit card options available...
Thank you. Unfortunately cryptopay is still setting up a new system, cards currently unavailable. Uquid looks good :-)
