There is no such a thing. The limits only got worst in the last few months in all debit card providers so unless you're planning to do KYC/AML verification, you won't find any services.

There were a lot of ICOs that potentially offered Debit Cards for their investors and customers. But most of these ICOs aren't compliant with any laws of any major jurisdiction let alone their offered cards. There was a good video from TenX about this topic that explained why their ICO got delayed and why it is so important for companies to take into account that in order to process fiat in any way, you need to comply with regulations. If you don't, you'll sooner or later regret it. As there is no real anonymity in fiat<->crypto, at least not on a larger scale, there is no such service you mentioned, unfortunately.

You're not going to find an 'anonymous' card. That said have you looked into Uquid or cryptopay bitcoin debit cards? They are two of the most popular btc debit card options available...

Thank you. Unfortunately cryptopay is still setting up a new system, cards currently unavailable. Uquid looks good :-)

You can get anonymous bitcoin debit card from several sites but their use will be limited, after verification(often it is an identity card and proof of address.) you can use it freely. Some sites need a card to check your balance so you will be able to use the cards with that sites without verification. Most sites like Google and PayPal need verified cards before using(to check your age and your bank information's). this post about all cards https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1410577.0

Unfortunately, there are no such cards as others already said, especially for GBP. And in general, there aren't not much options available in market since last year when majority of Bitcoin debit cards stopped working. Mostly services promised that they will find new card provider soon, but until now we still have to wait. There are few cards available now, but their prices, fees and limits aren't very attractive to use. And I think you should forget about anonymous cards - hugeblack explained why wery well.

Thank you LTU_btc link. What is the best of those available now? I don't know which one is best, because all of them have more or less disadvantages. Bipay available in USA only, Cryptopay have only virtual cards for EU residents, Shift and Wirex is expensive. I don't know any other avaiable cards right now, but maybe I forgot something.

Yeah, Cryptopay seems to be best option currently. And I wasn't right that they have only virtual cards, they have plastic cards also. But you need to know that they have £1.00 monthly maintenance fee and £1.75 ATM withdrawal fee.

LocalCoin has now debit cards, both virtual and physical and you don't need to verify your identity either. It's only available for Canadians as of writing this post.
