Looks like yet another scam.
There was a problem with the pool qiemining.site (coin devs are affiliated with this pool as I understand but they state they are not haha) last night and early miners got only part of mined coins.
I gave them screenshots of my pool acc stats (took it before changing pool) and was just banned for this instead of recalculations and refund.
Great start guys, nothing else to say....

23 sol/s on the 1060 3gb and 32 sol/s on the 1070 but more speed will be added when I have time.

. The biggest problem with the nicehashminer is all the bugs and the crashes. We need ccminer integration for speed and stability..
I have the same results with nicehashminer and don't have any problems. So at this moment your dev fee miner is useless. Add more speed first.

Who is the card issuer? Where can I find the current btc/eur exchange rate?

The card issuer is MyChoice. You can see the current exchange rate in the top left corner after you log in.

So, to load the card with 1 BTC will cost for me: "rate in the top left corner" minus 0.5% = €393.71 (21.04.2016 17:14 UTC) - €1,96855 = €391,74 ?

Not quite. The fee is added. So in your example, to load up the card with €393.71 (= 1 BTC), you will be asked to pay 1.005 BTC = €395.68.

Maybe I was incorrectly expressed, but it is the same. In my example I have only 1 BTC (=€393.71), so I will get 0.995 BTC = €391,74.?

That is correct.
And don't forget the hidden fee 1% collected by BitPay for offering "the best" exchange rate. Right?

No, there is no hidden fee. We charge 0,5% for every transaction on top of the Bitcoin exchange rate that is quoted. And usually, the exchange rate is quite good compared to the main exchanges. And we're always working on getting a better exchange rate in the first place.
No, wait, I understand that YOU charge only 0,5% for every transaction but there is also BitPay between you and a customer and they charge additional 1%.

So your statements like "We have the lowest fees and the best exchange rate." and "We charge 0,5% (but saying nothing about additional paygate's fee)  for every transaction on top of the Bitcoin exchange rate that is quoted. And usually, the exchange rate is quite good (now it's usually, not always?) compared to the main exchanges." are untrue and it looks like you are trying to deceive your potential customers.

Hi, is there any exchange fee for btc -> fiat?

From what i got from reading their FAQ amd TOS, it's 1% from the total amount
The main problem of services like this is that they are not transparent and there are always hidden fees. So I'd like to clarify the following thing

What the total amount will I get from this exchange?
614,0796USD or 614,0796-1%=607,9388UDS or maybe something else?

I'm afraid that it is "maybe something else", I never bought btc from xapo so I didn't know for sure, but their FAQ said

Does Xapo charge a fee to buy bitcoins?
Xapo charges a fee of 1%. Also, processing fees may apply depending on the payment method.

So I assume there will be another fee, although it maybe externally like a charge from your local bank or something like that. I can be wrong, though.

If they charge just 1% it's okay, I hope there is no additional paygate fees or something else like this.

Another service like this - UQUID claims that they don't charge any fees on deposit bitcoin and has the highest exchange rate. But after this post #155 there was explanation from UQUID representative about their paygate (BitPay) fees. And even after this they haven't been exposed into the official fees list yet. And btw it looks like their exchange rate is not the highest one.

may i know what company you work for ? and did we done something wrong with your company ? or just simple we are better than your service ?

you can come to our supporter,
we always happy support you via our web form

Regard

Hey, it's quite strange response to such simple questions. What's a problem to write full answers to them here and make it public? Why are you trying to evade an answer by making him your enemy from a rival company? STAUNCH_ asks right questions (in contrast to the other on 17 pages) which aren't closed here or in your FAQ and actually I don't care what company he works for and how old his account. I think he is just trying to get more information about your service to make the right choice. I think it would be helpful for everyone who is interested in your product to know the truth about current rates, 2-Factor-Authentication, any hidden fees (even if you don't have a profit from them) and the full list of 3rd parties which you can transmit MY PERSONAL DATA to. Now I'm trying to choose a service to work with and this kind of information is really important for me.
And yes, I have made an account here just to ask about your service.

Anyone else here already tried uquid cards? How is it?
Can't make a choice between uquid and cryptopay.
