are u in uk? well its now dec. of 2013 and myself and a number of victims have lost or still waiting to get funded of our thousands of usd from this scammer company okpay.com
we all have something in common, we wanted to fund our bitcoin accounts in btc-e or mtgox, okpay is an option to deposit funds, very low commission, quick to answer inquiries
once you sent your money however, goodbye funds, goodbye customer support, okpay will ignore you, DESPITE MANY ANGRY SHOUTING AND CURSING
i have waited 30 plus days already but at this point i am considering this a lost, thousands of dollars lost from okpay who suddenly became silent after i wired my funds to them
call them you say, its an answering machine in london
go to them, right, go to british virgin islands
write a post in their forum.okpay.com - it will be deleted after a few hours
i hope the police go after okpay

collective lawsuits.seems a good idea its now 31 days already and i still dont have my $2000 so i am putting this into the life lesson no. x that cost me $2000
if you wired funds, tell your bank to recall the wire (very low probability of success)
this is your best bet if you wired funds
hiring a lawyer for a $2000 lost is not a good idea since a fucking lawyer will cost me 10 x $2000
okpay or shitpay have an army of shitheads out there to scam and victimize people so i suggest you remain anonymous, erase your identifying numbers
i predict okpay will name itself shitpay in 1 months time
there is chance to find some others people with same problem and make collective lawsuits. |

it's impossible to let my bank recall the wire transfer. Can we charge OKPAY? by the way,where r u dude in case you wired funds already, tell your bank to recall the wire transfer - there is no guarantee for this option
it sucks so much to be a victim, losing $2000
don't be a victim for the next okpay company - i'm sure they will change their name to maybe greatpay or shitpay
this is what you can do for this shitpay company offering you low commission shit for their service
call their phone number - several times
check the address - google street view
check reddit.com
check ripoffreport.com
do not check mywot.com again DO NOT USE MYWOT.COM it is flawed for companies like okpay or shitpay
if its a new unknown company run away....

对，都是Mayzus Financial Services，找这个金融机构没用，他们不受理你的。 我12月2号早上电汇的，貌似到现在okpay账号还没入账，其实这okpay的电汇银行账号和btc-e.com的收美元的账号基本都是一样的，看来okpay和btc-e的关系不是一般
OKPAY和BTC-E.COM的电汇资料除了账号之外，其他的都是一模一样，就算账号只是最后两个数字不一样

It has been 15 days since i made a wire but i haven't receive my money untill now.
No one answers the phone(+442081232193), you can go to okpay's web and try to make a call .
it's totally a scam!

Yesterday it was already in my OKPay account but it was marked as "Hold". I sent them the bank receipts for the transfer already but still no action. Is there a contact number or faster way of communicating with them?

did u solve your problem.? i have been waitting for 15days since i made a wire transfer. I still not receive the funds in my wallet. OKPay is Bitcoin processor also.

I got the same problem. I have been waiting for 15days after i made a wire transfer but my wallet still $0. what can i do? That was my first thought, but as I still have a n00b status on the forum, I still can't send PMs. That's why I resorted to create a thread about the problem.
Anyway, I don't know if it was thanks to this post, or thanks to the facebook mesages, or thanks to the 15 support mails I sent, but the funds were finally unholded and released, only after 48 days, and after much screaming an kicking.
It is incredible that getting Bitcoins is still so difficult...

Maybe we should do something, find a lawyer ? there's nothing i can do
my local bank tells me there is no issue with my wire transfer, my only recourse is if okpay will wire the money back to me
i can't even talk to okpay and okpay is not answering my support tickets, any new tickets i make okpay immediately deletes
so how can you expect okpay to send you your money back
its like telling a scammer to give back your money
$2000 lesson
thanks to btc-e for introducing okpay to me the lowest cost way to fund a btc-e account
i know there are stories of "after 46 days okpay finally gave me my money" that's bullshit

now 15 days has pass since i sent more than $35000 by wire transfer to okpay and i'm still i'm not credited, i am being ignored by okpay's support ticket system ,If you say anything like"where is my funds" ''it has been so long since i made a wire " okpay immediately deletes it in the forum.

The main problem is that some of our clients have a negligent attitude to the control of the field Details of Payment. As the result it takes an additional time to find your money. Please, make sure, that the information Details of Payment is always present in the document of transfer, do not shorten it, don not use your account username.
so i like to say to mr btc-e guy, i saw okpay in your deposit options and unfortunately i decided to use okpay to fund my btc-e account now 31 days has pass since i sent $2000 by wire transfer to okpay and i'm still i'm not credited, i am being ignored by okpay's support ticket system (since you can't email to them), any new support ticket i make, okpay immediately deletes why don't you email your friend mr okpay to credit MY FUNDS ALREADY!!!!! ITS BEEN 31 DAYS!!!!! |

我电汇至今已经超过两个星期了，资金一直无法到账，联系客服无数次也不回复，电话也没人接听。已经通过银行电报确认OKPAY已收到资金
但是OKPAY迟迟不肯更新资金，非常蹊跷。查了一下论坛发现有很多人又类似的情况，资金被HOLD，有的长达48天，都是无理由冻结的。
不知道这里有人遇到这种情况吗？ 怎么解决的？谢谢！！

The bank i used had made a confirmation than the funds had arrived and okpay had received it.
I have called OKPAY many times but no one answers.
