It quite confusing because you didnt put full information why your account have been locked . Is it locked by the admin? Or you have the mistake that why you lock it? If they give new password then for sure its your fault maybe you forgot the right one and trying to log-in it. Same as other members said here, if you cant contact them on email or site, try to post on their ann thread because they are active and surely they would able to read about your query.

May I know if you did something wrong with your account? Did you ever tried to cheat or tried some bugs? If it is not then you can just simply contact their support or try to post to their ANN thread but you should know and be honest on it.
