I do not know why but I have answered and I have proved that it is my account, I was given a new password but it is not suitable. and 2nedeli no longer meet.

you could have asked this in their ANN thread and you could have got a reply by now sine the moderators of primedice are active here and they would answer your query ,still did not understand why your account got locked in the first place

May I know if you did something wrong with your account? Did you ever tried to cheat or tried some bugs? If it is not then you can just simply contact their support or try to post to their ANN thread but you should know and be honest on it. Because that is very unusual that someones account will be locked eventually without any reason.

Did you use other laptop when you play again your primedice account? or you forgot to relogout your account to other computer or different ip..
Or there is other people  who are using your account while you are using it too in the same time?
Maybe this is the reason that is why your account was locked.. or try to contract them first and ask what is the reason of your account why it is locked..
And prove that you are the owner..

How much yo left in your account? If you have a big amount of money there better fight for it if you have not done anything wrong.

I suggest you read the rules of the gambling site and if you have not violated any rules that resulted to that action by the management, you need to contact them. For sure they will understand as their credibility is very important, they would not do anything to put it at risk.

It quite confusing because  you didnt  put  full  information why your account  have  been  locked  . Is  it  locked  by the admin? Or you have  the  mistake  that  why  you  lock  it? If they  give new password  then   for sure its   your fault  maybe  you forgot  the  right  one and trying to log-in it.  Same as other  members said here, if  you cant contact them on email or  site,  try to  post  on  their ann thread   because  they are active   and  surely  they would able to read  about your query.
