We could consider a swap later, but that's not a concern right now.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but this seems crazy to me. When Dragonchain launches, what value will Dragons running on Ethereum have? I'm not sure what providing a peg to ETH means. If the value of the technology is on Dragon's own blockchain, and if using the ERC20 version requires extra effort, then demand is going to move toward Dragonchain. How can the developers maintain a peg if demand for the ERC20 token is falling? And why would I buy an ERC20 Dragon now if there's the possibility that at some point in the future Dragonchain launches and my ERC20 Dragon becomes obsolete and/or less valuable?

Again, maybe I'm misunderstanding, but if that's the case can someone set me straight?

Dragons are not a currency like Bitcoin, they are Tokens to access The Dragonchain Platform / Ecosystem. It doesn't matter that they are ERC20 Tokens and the price is not pegged to anything other than market demand. I saw the post were the Mod for this thread said something like that, like it was pegged to ETH or something. He didn't mean price, so I don't get what he meant by that.

It's pretty complicated at first, but there are some great videos on YouTube that explain everything.

Basically, anyone that wants to use the Dragonchain Platform will have to buy Dragon (DRGN) Tokens to do so. Let's say you want to use one of their Smart Contracts... you can't pay in Bitcoin, you can only pay with Dragons.

The more people who want to use Dragonchain, the higher the DRGN price should go. The real important thing is something Joe Roets said in one of the videos... NOBODY will be able to pay with ANYTHING other than DRAGONS.

Sure, you could walk into Dragonchain HQ with a shopping cart full of cash and they will accept it. But before they will do any work for you or let you invest in one of their projects, the cash will be converted to Dragons at a price that is ABOVE market price.

Dragons really are magical, you can do all kinds of cool things with them. After a day or two of reading and watching videos everyone should be able to understand what Dragons are. You will see that Dragons will actually be quite valuable to a lot of different people for a lot of different reasons.

I'm personally interested in what ideas Dragonchain has hidden in their Magic Vault. I really get the feeling once this whole thing gets rolling, Dragonchain will start announcing things and everyone will be freaking out. Like, Holy Cow... that's what these guys are up to! There are sooooooooooooo many smart people involved with Dragonchain, I'm sure what we are seeing now is just the tip of the iceberg.

Go Dragons Go!!!

Thanks very much for your thoughtful reply. Do I understand correctly, then, that the DRGN token will be the only method of payment in the future? In other words, when the Dragonchain platform launches, there won't be another coin or token on that platform that can be used to pay for services on it, at launch or any point in the future, correct?

how can i transfer balance to decenggo wallet

+1

If you already registered at https://icoreclaim.decentgo.com (this is a must) you just register with the same credentials (same e-mail address) at decentgo.com

At first, your balance will be 0 DCT. Do not worry! They will transfer the coins on the blockchain within hours or maybe days (depends on traffic).

This is working for you guys? I've tried to log in a few times but I keep getting the error "User not found." I completed the reclaim process and in fact can still log in there and see my balance. But when I go to decentgo.com my username and password don't work. I also tried my recovery phrase but that didn't work either.

Perhaps not everyone's account details have been migrated over yet...

In slack the following was said:

"Due to legal requirements, U.S participants are not allowed. IP addresses from the U.S will be blocked and we cannot allow any confirmed US persons to participate in the crowdsale."

Thanks Tinus. Yeah, I saw that. I'm just wondering what they have in mind (if anything) beyond blocking US IP addresses. If one were to use a proxy or a VPN he could easily get around that restriction. I'm wondering if anyone is aware of anything else that Santiment might be doing to verify the identity of its investors, like restricting access to tokens until residency outside of the US can be verified, for example.

The crowdsale is closed to US citizens, but it sounds like Santiment is just going to block US IP addresses, which can be circumvented by a proxy pretty easily. Does anyone know if they are doing more to keep US citizens from ignoring the terms and investing anyway?

is this redeem mail no scam? there is nothing about it on website or blog? why?

If it is, it's incredibly sophisticated. All I provided was my email address (an address I've never used for anything else, btw) and after going through the claim process got to a page that displayed my precise DCT balance. So, if I was scammed, I was scammed by someone who already had my account information.

Hey Vlad, what's going on with the AE balance check tool on the wallet page? I sent ETH hours ago and it's well confirmed, but when I enter my address I get the message: "Your future AE: 0 (contributed 0 ETH respectively 0 BTC)." I see newer transactions sent to the same address and when I enter those addresses into the balance check tool I get results. I sent from MEW rather than create a new wallet on your site; is that what's holding me up?

Hey,

The tool is not working properly, but no need to worry. If your transaction is on the blockchain - you will get the right AE balance.

Regards,
Vlad

Thanks -- I appreciate the response. Yes, I can see it on the blockchain, and figured I was safe, but when I began checking other newer transactions and saw they were returning results I started to sweat a little. Thanks for the reassurance.

Contributed, but don't get tokens... https://etherscan.io/tx/0xa3d902c40b076961eb6f0d62ad344e2647cdf859cee4ccec25fe2f3e027a90ff

AE Balance Check shows
Your future AE: 0 (contributed 0 ETH respectively 0 BTC)

I have the same issue. I sent ether from MEW (300+ confirmations ago) but when I check my balance it shows zero. I'm sure it will get resolved soon. (I hope so anyway.)

What do you mean? Aeon (AE) Tokens didnt issued yet, I invested on Phase 1 - 81.06 ETH, also not have AEON on my Ethereum wallet, or I dont know something?

There's an option to check your balance on the aeternity wallet page. It reads:

AE BALANCE CHECK
Contributed already? Check your AE balance here:
Works with your ETH or BTC address. Please do not insert your private key here.

When I enter the ether address from which I sent, I get this:

Your future AE: 0 (contributed 0 ETH respectively 0 BTC)

I don't think this has anything to do with whether the token has been issued. This should show what we've contributed and how many AE we'll eventually get. I'm guessing the tool isn't working because the ether I sent has nearly a thousand confirmations but I'm still getting the 0-ETH-contributed message.

BTW choosing yes or no works like voting, meaning the token will be issued to all participants or none, right?

I don't think that's the case. My understanding is that if you request the ERC20 tokens they'll ask you for an ETH address to send them to. If you say no, they'll hold onto them until the mainnet launches.

Greetings, what was the ICO price of this coin?

Dunno what it averaged, but I bought in using Lisk right at the beginning (and consequently got the highest bonus). Based on Lisk's price at the time I ended up spending about 0.015 USD per ARK.

A quick note

There is a small glitch so if multiple transactions are sent to the same TEC Lisk or BTC address only the first transaction will show up on the TEC site.

There is no reason to be alarmed all funds are safe. A fix in progress, when done the data until then will be updated manually.
Until then best to not send multiple transactions to the same address.

Thanks for the clear and prompt explanation!

Does anyone have an email address for technical support at Ark for the ico? My wallet failed to send so I cancelled it out on the Ark website only to find out the few minutes later that the transfer was successful. Now the Lisk is not attached to my account at Ark.

Thanks.

I could use the same. I sent two deposits to the same address, but only the first one is showing in my Ark account.
