It has be addressed already at social media that due of heavy traffic towards ICO site some users will face connection problems and some other kind of issues but everything will be solved without anyone to be worried about their funds. Maximum target is getting filled with speed and people are rushing this is cause of real delays and issues of different types.
I'm not sure that the heavy traffic message addresses the same issue we had. At least it is obvious that such an error can't be caused just by heavy traffic, it's a problem with web site programming. I hope they will be able to discern user identity based on the source keys, but I'm not so sure about it. |

is that real rate? if not who will give me back my money after, the rate shown on website very sweet, same on phase 1, and it is normal, but I not belive

everything so strange here, better not invest before we will hear any update from support. They not show btc rate before, and now still cannot reply, many answers was here. Hope we not lose our money   |

It's not whether they are legit or not in question, it's whether they take a full account of the problem. So far only problems about high traffic were reported on their official twitter, and here we're definitely dealing not with a problem caused by heavy traffic. Either they do not take the account, and in this case people can be in trouble and warning those who have not spent the money yet are worth to be warned, or they do take the account, and in this case it means they don't want to admit the problem publicly for some (maybe PR) reason, which is neither a good sign. |

Hey Vlad, what's going on with the AE balance check tool on the wallet page? I sent ETH hours ago and it's well confirmed, but when I enter my address I get the message: "Your future AE: 0 (contributed 0 ETH respectively 0 BTC)." I see newer transactions sent to the same address and when I enter those addresses into the balance check tool I get results. I sent from MEW rather than create a new wallet on your site; is that what's holding me up?

what does it means? I cant find BTC to AE rate, can you tell everyone, 1 btc = 23.6 eth same your website shows or not? I Wait for your answer 2 weeks already Is it really so difficult to say approximate rate? |

Everyone,
When creating a Bitcoin wallet, some users were still using a differently configured version for the address derivation. It has happened that BTC appeared to have been lost, since after the funding of the wallet no BTC balance was shown.
Good news: Your BTC are not lost, but are sitting on a differently address and can be recovered.
The tech team is working on detailed instructions, bear with us please.

Hey, So, here is the way to get the most recent BTC/AE ration. Go here. You will see something like this: {"ETH":{"BTC":0.07858,"CHF":174.25}} It tells you how many BTC is 1 ETH (ignore the CHF). In the example above, 0.07858 BTC = 1 ETH = 800 AE This updates every 15 minutes. Regards, Vlad |
