you should instead just give the 0.01 btc to the first 20 people willing to test the service and let them use it in testing the service instead of them using their own money and risk it. If they fail to give a review then tag them with negative feedback. Surely the ones' with green trust here will do the same for people who fail to do what they should've done for that bounty.
