Bitcoin is a very good thing to have as an asset. Just like gold. Even better if I may say. It's secure, and unlike fiat money it actually exists and work is put into it to produce it. This makes it great to store value.
However, it cannot and will not replace current fiat money that the entire world it using. It just cannot.
Take paying a cup of coffee for example. To pay your coffee with bitcoins, one must get bitcoins first, either by mining or buying bitcoins with other kinds of money (*cough*fiat*cough). It ends up being a quite complicated process, don't you think?
Until we reach the point where paying for a cup of coffee is as easy with Bitcoin as it is with cash, we will never get mass adoption. And as far as I see it, there is no way of simplifying the acquiring of bitcoins.
Bitcoin can not replace it or anything, but it can change things drastically. It has really changed our perception as well as our investment form. |

i do this question because i´ve read in this website issues with bitcoin, slow mining process, high fees, etc. and i´ve read too good reviews of some altcoins, ethereum (smart contracts), ripple (for transfers between banks), dash and nem. these altcoins called 2.0. could bitcoin become just in future virtual gold reserved to companies and rich people?
I thought about this, I think bitcoin will be replaced by alternative altcoin but it's not Ethereum or Bitcoin Cash. In the future I think there will be a altcoin replace bitcoin. |

We are entering in the new type of economy where price predictions are not possible any more because productivity and prosperity of humanity will rise to the new golden age level. Bitcoin will go to 1 million dollars in 2018 and is being used by central banks as a global stardard ledger - dollar will fade slowly those who buy now will become the new wealthy elite.
Bitcoin is slowly changing people, instead of saving their money in the banks they turn to Bitcoin and Altcoin. And many people are using altcoin for payments instead of using paper money. |

Guys I'm wondering why BTC is moving this fast to up? With logic there should be a huge amount of money flew into BTC market but I don't see any reason to make this happen. Is there any economic reasons about this massive flying to up? What are your opinions about this happenings?  There are a lot of reasons for it to move faster and not slow down, probably from the Wall Street. And the fact that the major trading floors in the world accept bitcoin and some other potential altcoin. |

Heyyy Guys , what do you think about the Bitcoin futures listings ?
With the things bitcoin has done in the past weeks I worry about its future. It grows too fast in a short time and becoming bubbles can always explode. When it has too high it starts dump but it does not stop at any value which continues to dump. If the bitcoin continues to go crazy in the future, it will not last forever. I think we should not push it up fast and help it maintain a certain value so that it can build trust for everyone. |

everyone is panicking because it’s hitting Wall Street tomorrow ..... fact of the matter is, price will still reach 25k range by January since Bitcoin will remain a growing commodity.. and once big investors start pumping huge money into it, the takeoff is inevitable. Buy now or you’ll soon regret it.. all these talks of a crash by people who missed the boat is striking lots of fear in people, but it’s fear that’s not rooted in reality.
