Really surprised that you guys didn't select your admins and support from different time zones since Bitcoin is international and if you guys are USA based then you only work during the 9-5 EST hours while the entire world is either sleeping or working.

Im so frustrated with your service. I have had my funds pending for almost 24hrs. It is bullshit that I can't even get a response from support email other than we have notified our admins. I find it extremely hard to believe that an admin hasn't been online and able to satisfy my withdraw.
Yeh this dude's been waiting a long ass time for only like a 3 btc withdrawal. If you're gonna give him shitty service at least compensate him.
