So I have been waiting from MT. GOX to verify my account for 6 months, a friend got me into BTC and wet up my mtgox account way back and instead of putting in my name for the account he just put in jiberish so when I got serious about investing in BTC i tried to get verified but the name on my account is not my name on my bills and drivers license.  I have contact mtgox a few times about this and have failed to get an answer on how to resolve this. Are my btc gone for good? How can I get them out?

This was over a year ago when I was first getting into BTC, I no longer have that computer . I wish I had known about this forum then.

I lost 78 bitcoins when I encrypted my wallet and mistyped my password.

Bitinstant.com is back up, but it does not give me any payment options. Do I now have to register for this service?

So, I have been using mt. gox for six months, When I started I had a friend set up my account and I submitted documents to get verified, They are reviewing these documents now, but I just realized that that he just put jibberish in for my name like an asshole, so name he put in for my account is not the one on the documents I submitted, I currently have coins stuck in my account I can not withdraw. Has anyone else had this problem and What can I do about it, I contacted support but They have not gotten back to me and it has been 24 Hours.

But, I dont understand, I was able to trade and withdraw just fine without being verified. So why not stop just my ability to withdraw but not my ability to trade?

So I put monkey into my mt. gox account, was able to trade, but then when trying to withdraw my coins, it said account is pending review, I was trying to get verified for the better part of a year and now with no warning I can not with draw becasue they are reviewing. Does anybody know what is going on?
