Its so frustrating. You will respond once asking for information and then not follow back up with resolution and I have to message you again. You'll ask for more info and the cycle continues.

My money never deposited and the coupon which wasn't ever supposed to work didn't work either.

It's very helpful to reference your order info rather then just saying things like, "where's my money?"  General complaints and checking in is not helpful when it does not provide any info that I can work from.

I'm hoping to personally work on your issue today.  I'm very sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience.

I just hope this gets solved. At this point i've resigned myself to not getting the money. Sad

I am trying to work on your issue and I asked you a specific question.  Was this coupon posted in public?

Like 30 pages back I accidentally pasted my whole email in, instead of just the 3 ID's. The coupon wasn't supposed to be used though and i tried it and it never worked. So idk.

I'm about to do another bitintstant deposit, I'm not sure why I trust you with my money but I need to buy BTC. If I want to transfer to mt gox do i use my account number with the M or exchange account?

Did you post this coupon publicly?

The coupon was not necessary in the transaction, it was supposed to be a direct deposit. The coupon was just in the API response.

It's still not clear...

DID you EVER receive a coupon?  Did you try using it?  What was the result?

As I have stated before, yes, in my original confirmation email there was a coupon code. The email stated, however, that, "We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order"

The coupon, when used, is said to be invalid or already redeemed.

Am I on the list of people to get coupon codes? When will I get that code? How many are in front of me? 9 days and counting on this issue...

I've been giving you status updates pretty regularly.  Please be patient.

Nothing of substance, my friend. Just, "Its being worked on," which, in my mind, is as good as nothing until my money shows up. Seth has now just emailed me asking again if the code i got works. NO. It doesnt work. It was never SUPPOSED to work as it was a direct deposit.

I am simply writing this to give my honest overall opinion of Bitinstant and to give you guys an idea of what you are in store for.  I have been using Bitinstant for a long time and I never even had to create an account on here except until a few months ago.  And I feel that this increase in business is a horrible excuse for what is happening. If you cant handle your company shut down your site, fix all orders 100% and then only take what you can handle.  They even said that it takes days for them to receive payment so it is blatantly obvious that these guys do not have the money on hand to operate so they are waiting for you new guys to place orders to pay for the old ones.  Its not how you do business and I do not see how they are even operating.  These guys are making a killing off of shorting everybody and if they tell you they match the BTC price that is a lie.  For you to get that honored not only do you have to wait till your transaction finally gets processed you then have to catch their mistake and message some one on here and hope that you get the difference.  The 2 times that this happened I got the 1 BTC I was owed for the difference in price and the second time was after waiting 2 weeks it was closer to a 2 BTC difference which I never received and was told I would get after messaging numerous people but I did not even bother following up any more with it since I was so pissed off with them and just happy that I received most of my transaction and this was a few months ago so the price was not as high as it was today.  Obviously only a small percent of people will do that and that still does not even guarantee you your money so 90% of the time they are keeping what you deserve.  Do not spend money with them unless you can afford to have your funds tied up for weeks at a time and you do not mind receiving the absolute worst customer service you will experience in your life.  I have personally dealt with the CEO Charlie/Yankee and i am not sure if he was having a bad day but he was a complete douche and seems like most of his responses to people on here are not very helpful.  I am only on here to tell people my experience and let them judge if they feel like risking it.  I feel a little better now lol.
