1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gwei: How much at least? on: May 12, 2021, 03:22:06 PM
I already tried using lower fees from the current gas fees and the result was not pleasing. The transaction might not be successful or it will take so long before it shows that the transaction was failed. In order not to experience such kind of problem in the future, you really need to check the minimum gas fee here: https://ethgasstation.info/ so you won't encounter those problems I mentioned above.
I myself have lost a total of 50$ for a gas fee for an unsuccessful withdrawal. That's pretty compared to bsc.
I wish ETH's Vitalik will restructure gas fees into a minimal amount like BSC is doing.

To OP, don't try to.lessen gas fees so much, you'll be wasting time and money for an unsuccessful transactions.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: it's hard to sleep because of thinking about something on: May 12, 2021, 03:13:32 PM
Well, the main thing I can say is that, since you are a short-term trader, trade with a stablecoin paired trades like ETH/USDT. And before going to sleep, be sure to have sold everything into USDT and try your luck again tomorrow when you wake up. That way, you'll be confident enough that your fund won't dump (and won't pump) during your deep sleep.
3  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying/Selling Bitcoin for Cash... on: May 12, 2021, 04:32:48 AM
Hello All,
If someone was to buy someone's Bitcoin for cash, should the seller discount it?
Let's say Bitcoin is at $60,000
Should the seller discount what they are selling a certain percentage since they aren't paying taxes?
I'm not sure how much of a discount, but maybe 5%?

I'm looking at this as a buyer that would pay cash for Bitcoin.

Thanks!
I don't know what taxes you are referring to but if it is the trading fee a seller or buyer has to pay on exchanges, I don't think it would be fair to your seller to have a 5% discount since trading fees only ranges to not more than 1%, base on the exchanges where I trade. For me, the best price for a P2P transaction is the price in between the buy and sell orders available on exchanges. But for BTC, the buy and sell price (spread as to many traders call it) don't differ that much but there are coins out there with a big spread so my suggestion could be applied.
But moreover, it's not wrong to ask for a discount if you do it politely and if the one you ask will agree on it. PS. be careful on your P2P transactions.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Profit Taking Strategy on: May 12, 2021, 04:20:47 AM
I don't know if I am being a bad trader here but I don't usually take profits most of the time. I only just like, pinch some on my holdings when it is necessary and then leave the rest in the wallet for another holding period. That could be the reason why my portfolio didn't grow that much even in this bullish market. Most of the time, when my coins reaches to ATH, I still don't sell and then the coins drops. Well, I really don't know but I am still good at what I am doing as long as I still have my funds for future uses.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency, now a fast rising trend! on: May 11, 2021, 11:12:50 PM
I remember 2017-2018, when press started talking about cryptocurrencies on every TV. Then I did not understand, that this is a signal for a market reversal. The same thing is happening now. Many friends turn to me who have never heard of cryptocurrencies before. For me, this is a signal, that it is time to enter in fiat.
Then, we have to expect this at any time. Dumps can be happening soon, that we never know either we like it or not, it surely comes surprisingly.
But I'd find a big difference in today's situation compared to the last Bullrun. I could say it was a very short time bullish, but not like what we got this time. We've done for almost half of the year being bullish (correct me if I'm wrong) but until now, I'd never seen any indication of its end. But it can't deny that many people are already praying for this to stop.
I'm also being careful on buying cryptos now. The "turning point" from bullish to bearish could happen anytime. Everything is not permanent. As much as I want the high to go even higher, I am also aware, everyone does, that anything could happen anytime.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: April is the real alt season on: May 11, 2021, 10:09:08 AM
And believe me, I don't want anything like that to happen. I hope that it doesn't. I am profiting in many ways when prices are rising, while in bear market there is very few earning opportunities, and only increasing risk of accumulation. Meanwhile marketing and anything else is compeltely off, with only a few opportunities appearing. I hope that let's say Musk keeps the hype on for all this time and the market keeps increasing.
I think that for most of us there is a lot of profit in the bull run. I am not naive to think that a bear market will be something good for us. But we need to remember the previous times.
The main people who can benefit more on a bear market are futures traders as long as they're at the right entry, bull or bear market will not matter that much. For us holders, we'll be left unable to make a move when in bear.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Shiba Inu, the DOGE Killer: a Decentralized Deflationary Store of Value on: May 11, 2021, 09:56:48 AM
The CEO of binance has already reported on Twitter that after the listing of Shiba, an incredible number of users who want to purchase the token led to the fact that today binance ran out of ETH deposit addresses due to SHIB. Never happened before for any other ERC20 coin.

Sooner or later, but someone will pay for it, one of the early investors who invested 37 ETH in SHIB from August to October 2020 has already earned $2 billion

Quite amazing at how a certain "thing" somehow considered to be infinite is now running out in Binance. How big SHIB community is, right? I'm still trying to figure it out if this is real or if it will just last for some time or forever.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: May 11, 2021, 09:48:04 AM
Yes it can soar right down in the hole. This guy must pump Dogecoin for a long time else he will get a lot of hate from the one's losing money and that's not good. A master manipulator if you ask me.
Today when the price went down to almost 0.40$, people keep on tagging Elon to "save them" from misery of losing. I can't imagine how many hate messages will this man get when this price dump continues to go deeper.
Let's see if Elon will tweet in the coming days.
- Presumably Elon Musk won't post any further information about dogecoin in the coming days, he has had enough of what he needs in this war and he has also completed the duty of an influencer, dogecoin has moved on an existing roadmap and what Elon Musk expected is now just a familiar scenario of the past, no doubt that too many people have been fooled into these tweets. Continuing to scream and protest, even calling on Elon Musk's name will not have any key effect, accepting the pursuit of the game must know that will result like that.
I believe he will continue on his tweets because there are still a large number of his believers who were trapped by the sudden dump, that are waiting for that Holy Tweet. I just hope these people can "exit the market" on Elon's next tweet.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Shiba Inu, the DOGE Killer: a Decentralized Deflationary Store of Value on: May 10, 2021, 11:59:55 PM
It's a mystery to me why everyone is listing this, holders must have some connections because this is just a generic token with nothing special in it. Gongratz to all holders now but i still don't see what this brings to the table or how would it benefit anyone?
Exactly, I was in shock when I saw the article of binance listing SHIB on their exchange. Well, as I was thinking, could be, since SHIB has a very huge community, Binance considered the revenue they can get from a large community's trading fees. But there are also huge community coins out there like this.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Wouldn't Invest $1 In Dogecoin And Here Are 10 Reasons Why on: May 10, 2021, 11:55:11 PM
1. 108 addresses (whales) own 67.34% of all Dogecoins so price could drop 50% in a minute.

2. This coin has no limited cap. It goes on forever like fiat. We all hate fiat for that.

3. Despite what Elon Musk says this coin has no real utility. Even if a company paid with Doge for Musk to send a satellite (because Musk asked them to use Dogecoin) it still doesn't mean a thing. They could have used carrots or Zimbabwe dollars instead.

4. This coin is all about hype. Once the hype is over down it goes. Even if Musk will boost his toy as long as he wants one day he may get bored like all billionaires do.

5. This coin is a meme. A really good one that I've enjoyed myself! We all like good jokes but we also get tired of them sooner or later. A joke is a joke and the joke could be on you.

6. Imagine a real corporation/business putting their investments in Dogecoin. You have to be a little insane and there aren't so many dumb people out there as Elon thinks.

7. Elon Musk is a narcissist - he admitted this himself - if you don't know what dealing with a narc is I invite to find out. You're only boosting his ego and I wouldn't dare playing with a narc's toy.

8. Do you think billionaires have any interest for poor people to become rich? Do you? Dream on. You're only making Musk and the whales richer than they already are.

9. This coin is highly manipulated. If you like manipulation go for it. But manipulation doesn't end well in life. Don't be a sheep, use your own mind, don't follow the crowd. Where many follow it's not good in general.

10. Even if it will ever reach $1 this coin is not sustainable in the long run. Musk will have to pump every few days with his tweets. When this coin will worth $1, BTC will easily worth $100K or more. Dogecoin has always been pump and dump, look at the coin's history and look at BTC.

There are a lot of other alt coins much safer and with a better image which can make you rich faster and easier than Dogecoin. You just have to use your mind. Doubling from 50 cents to $1 is not a spectacular gain after all.

When Dogecoin drops like crazy don't come here to cry, you've been warned.

Good luck folks!
Wow, all 10 points make sense. And I hope people who read this will wake up to their senses and realize what they have to realize. If all of this will be over, there will be a lot of losses for its supporters. I hope they can exit as early as now.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BSC on: May 10, 2021, 05:05:44 PM
Why so many people flatter BNB's high just because of the low cost issue??
The cost means everything for retail trader, it's also help the blockchain adoption.

Just like bitcoin. In term of quality ofcourse ETH is number 1 but in term of quantity(scalability) BSC still on the top.
Scalability problem on the blockchain is always an issue
This means that it can be concluded that those who praise BNB are small traders, because they are only helped by the problem of costs, while those who can get a lot of profit through ETH, obviously will never say ETH is bad because today the ETH token has reached a new ATH with past the $ 4K mark in a single unit.
I don't agree you calling some of BSC supported as small traders because any other network chains, there are whales in it.
A lot of my social media friends are earning more than what I can imagine that they can earn and that's because they are supporting BSC and BSC projects.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu is listed on Binance? Which coin will be the next Shiba? on: May 10, 2021, 04:56:56 PM
Well, shitcoins are now the new trend in cryptospace. You may not agree on that, but there are already a lot of people becoming rich because of the hype shitcoins have nowadays. When there's hype, there's money. The community as big as SHIB Community could make more revenues too.
I hope SPG, SAFU, AQUAGOAT and all the other shits in my wallet could become the next SHIB.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: April is the real alt season on: May 10, 2021, 04:49:04 PM
Was great and May still hasn't finished. But there is danger and when remembering the previous bull run and how it ended, it was with a massive sell off and some news coming from Japan about MtGox and that trustee that was ready to dump 100k BTC. Of course this was probably a second reason, with the first one being hodlers offloading their Bitcoins and making millions after holding for three to five years.
Now, it is not going to be different either, it is Bitcoin reaching to a 40% dominance which is a critical level and altcoins rising way too much in all 2021. I expect a huge crash very soon, maybe by this or the next month and a change of the trend.

All the talks about seasons is senseless. Are you going to sell everything because you believe there is a season? I also think that a strong correction in the market is more than due, but frankly speaking how often in the past did we get surprised by the market?

It is hard to tell when the correction might happen, but once it happens it's probably going to be rough and fast.

A reasonable investment strategy is for sure to not be fully invested all the time.

I'm not talking about a correction but a two year bear market. I've been selling all the way up. I just haven't sold everything yet, but will certainly do that. Maybe instead of calling me sensless you should research how this market works.
Unless you think this time is different.
A 2-yr bear market might be possible. It happens in the past, and could happen again in the future. The rise of every coin is too rapid to handle. I'll ready myself to that bear market.

But to OP, I can say February was the start of the alt season. You may be only enjoying it now.

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you trust centralized exchanges? on: May 09, 2021, 04:22:51 PM
Central exchange's is no were to be trusted because since years now we have been practicing am exchange with centralized platforms such as different banks but no profit, no development or new innovation in centralized platforms, now since we have started using decentralized exchange's no problem and everyone is mindful using anything, so i prefer decentralized than centralized platforms.
actually, I am between believing and not believing in CEX, that's why I rarely keep my money on CEX international even though it's binance. however, in fact, despite that, I still continue to use it. however, we don't know which CEX hackers will target next. right now, I have the principle that take advantage of what is there and don't keep 100% belief in it.
The good thing about CEX when we talk about hackers is that they have  a team who watches illegal activities on their site and they will take full responsibility of its users losses, in case it happens.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Elon Musk "Smart" Tweeting Continues! on: May 09, 2021, 04:18:29 PM
The elon musk tweet stratgy is so very effective thats why  the doge is still keeping up price. He is the greate social media influencer on this year. Because of him many shitcoin is going up elon musk is the best on this year good luck us
Today doge went down to almost 0.4$ and many have been trapped because they bought at a higher price than that. It sounds funny to me that people in twitter keep on tagging Elon Musk for him to tweet something about doge again for its price to go up again. Seems like they are making Elon their God.

Earn Interest on Crypto By Staking without verification or KYC requirements
Which Crypto Staking Exchangers or any wallet without verification or KYC requirements?

I notice there is an option on blockchain wallet but it requires verification
Where I can earn interest without verify the account?
Trust me, you would feel safer and secured if it has a KYC requirement. Most of these who requires KYC are legit ones. But, if you really want to stake without KYC, stake on pancakeswap or julswap with the available pair or individual coins there. Please note that Pancakeswap and Julswap are decentralized exchanges.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla and market manipulation crime on: May 05, 2021, 11:31:39 PM
Tesla company is just being wise in this aspect. The company is taking advantage of its influencing power not just for their advantage but for everyone. For me, no crime has been involved here. They opened to the public their investment decisions and it's up to the people to when will they stop riding.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you trust centralized exchanges? on: May 05, 2021, 02:44:40 PM
I think you heard the last news about the Turkish stock exchange:
https://decrypt.co/68703/billion-dollar-rug-pull-turkish-bitcoin-exchange-goes-dark
Customers fear a rug pull as Turkish crypto exchange Thodex abruptly halted trading.
At any time, money can be blocked for an unknown time.
Recently, I have not been trading on centralized exchanges and have kept as much money there as it’s not a pity to lose
I'm a victim of hacking before. It was on my DEX wallet. There's no one I can ask for help, so I didn't have the chance to get back my money. And just last year, Kucoin was hacked by some skilled hackers, unfortunately, one of held coins were also affected. They suspended the deposit and withdrawals of all the coins affected, then no money was taken from me on that incident because of Kucoin's quick response.
I trust CEX, what I don't trust is your CEX. If you want to feel safe, trade on very popular CEXes and be wary on those newly developed ones.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trillion dollar DOGE on: May 05, 2021, 02:26:53 PM
None of us thought Dogecoin could get where it is.
Looking at it now, I think they could push this anywhere.
$10 - $15 even
Trillion dollar marketcap?  Sure, why not.
Everything can happen but in a perfect time. 10$ -15$ is very far from reality for now, but not impossible. If it happens, BTC should also go up in order not to be replaced on the top 1 rank.
