Of course i have read the story.. First of all Medium.com is not really The New York Times..

Secondly, the story is just so well written with so much details and sources and i find it very ironic that a casino who has lost a million dollar would care to put so much work into writing a story like this. (If a bank gets robbed we dont really see the bank publishing articles about the specific details of how the robber exploited their security)

Adding more to this.. i actually find the story partially praising the hacker's talent as so you call it, encouraging other hackers to keep doing the same

And yeah what particular proof can you exactly give to authenticate this story ? Blockchain is just too vague for that. But please dont tell me txids are your proof.

I believe the amount of publicity, wager and profit PD seems to claim the have achieved throughout the years, they should go public with their detailed earnings & proof of legal ownership of the site.
Additionally all the admins, developer and staffs who work for PD should be publicly verified and not hide under cheesy usernames like Micro & Stunna.

You are missing the point. I am not claiming that PD published this story in order to seize customers fund. Of course their business went well as usual even after this incident. However what they successfully accomplished is 'public trust' resulting more deposits and higher bets...

I understand all the affiliates and 'lucky player' who have made good money out of PD jumping on my shoulder for false accusation but people are just .. not so smart you know . So i dont really care.

I refuse to agree with 'they dont owe us any evidence'. They mentioned in their article not only once, multiple times that them giving out this higher payouts are living proof of how dedicated they are towards their integrity. I believe this whole article are a way of attracting High rollers who are already playing on other sites or prospective high rollers who, after reading this story will be convinced enough to bet higher.

Your use of the word 'Stunningly' has reminded me of another word to replace it with ,'Cunningly'. I dont want to mix Bitfinex with PD story . Like i said txids are not evidence. Anyone could be owning multiple bitcoin address and just transferring back and forth to make it look like an evidence.

Just to name a few from a quick google search about this incredible million dollar heist story that was never presented with actual proof of it really happening.

Was 2015 a rough year for PD financially ? Could be. But trying to gain public trust by advertising a false story should fall under scrutiny.
If you look at this "2037 BTC stolen by a very smart guy" story you will find nothing but txids(which can be faked by a 5 year old), youtube videos of the $8000 bets taking place( which also can be faked by Mr. Edwards cousin) and a story written so poorly that it never reaches the dramatic mood of gansterness that never reached to its full potential )

The owner of Primedice.com.(Mr. what you call him Edward who dont even have one single photo of himself on the internet . Oh i understand privacy but when you are making a fortune out of the publicity of your site on "internet" you ought to atleast show how good you look !)

The owner of PD should be publicly interviewed and be asked to present convincing proof of fake heist story with 'The Goodfellas' posters
