WHo can be addressed to make further investigations beside the client? I am novice with bitcoins network and technology.

I have a Problem, my client says he can not find any bitcoins on his side.
BUT I HAVE a Successfull status report.

What can I do?  I send it via Chrome and trezor . A second transaction done with my Iphone worked fine.
PLEASE help me and give me some advice how I can handle this problem.
