Hi
I have a Problem, my client says he can not find any bitcoins on his side.
BUT I HAVE a Successfull status report.

https://bitcore1.trezor.io/address/1JpAtAZ3ijDzFazcXwHATtjoWXfGXtFWsW

What can I do?  I send it via Chrome and trezor . A second transaction done with my Iphone worked fine.
PLEASE help me and give me some advice how I can handle this problem.
thanks

What is the transaction id(s) of the transactions in question (NOT the address as you have linked)?

If the transactions are confirmed, the issue is on the receivers wallet, nothing to do with you or the network.

Thank you to make it clear:
here is my Transaction ID:

https://bitcore1.trezor.io/tx/e0181202d268a286b97fd67c3f1e821449cc69e1ffce2a9b1b8fc726d202985e

The Client says he is in contact with Coinpay.
WHo can be addressed to make further investigations beside the client? I am novice with bitcoins network and technology.

Thanks all for any good advices.

Nothing. It's the problem with the wallet/service your client is using, you can't do anything.

As long as it is sent to the correct address, it isn't your fault.

This transaction is confirmed so this is not your fault nor is it an issue on your end. The issue is with the receiver. His wallet may not be synced or may simply be having issues. Regardless, the Bitcoin is sent to him and he has successfully received the Bitcoin. Whether his wallet tells him so is a different matter.

Since the problem lies on the receivers wallet, there is nothing that you can do.
