Do you just plug the TP Link router into your existing internet, I ask because I'm using a modem/router combo now. also does the Link have wireless options?   thanks

You plug it in then flash it with a precompiled cgminer, instructions are at this link : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=476326.0 . .  Not sure if the flash will work for another type/brand router.  The router itself is a wireless router, however I have that part turned off because to flash it you need a hardwired connection.

Update:

After purchasing the TPLINK TL-MR3020 and flashing it with the 0_2_0 version off technobit.eu 's website the miner works great.

I am having trouble getting this miner to run with Windows 7.

I configured the miner with the technobit.eu drivers on the website (using first the mchpcdc.inf, then the mchpcdcB.inf) it seems to reconize the device ok with either driver.

Next I opened bfgminer with http proxy support to find that the proxy it creates is hashing at 0 using hexminer

Seems that hexminer is not connecting to the device properly?

The proxy that hexminer creates in bfgminer is proxy 3

Any help to get the setup correct would be appriciated.

Set the CPU affinity to 1 processor, see if that helps any.

What are your settings while running reaper or cgminer? When you first load the programs - ie. First Usage of the program, there is a binary file that needs to compile.  If there are too many errors while in this compile phase, the program will quit without reason.  I suggest using a low thread concurrency (3520 or so) and a low aggression setting (10 or 12 for bitcoin) to test the programs compatibility with your system.  Even in the auto phase, my copies seemed to quit while in this compile phase while loading them without correct settings.
