As advised in the previous chat - You will be notified via email once the funds have been refunded to you. There is no ETA as to how long this can take due to the fact that the refund is being made manually so there is no point waiting on chat. Once the refund has been completed you will be advised via the escalation ticket which was sent to you via email.

I said it will take a few minutes for the escalation ticket to be sent to you. There is no way that it takes a few minutes for the refund to be made which is why it was escalated.

I have won from free bonus enough to wager and to withdraw, talked with support , and they told me , if i want to withdraw my winnings, i need to deposit 20$ from the address i want to withdraw to, i sent 20$, and in seconds they closed my account !!!!
They requested screenshot from where my funds were sent, i sent them, and now they told me there were more accounts made from my IP (wich wasnt) and i need to wait for my refund .... F*CKING SCAMMERS !!!

This site is simply scam. Deposited here and was limited at the first bet. They are not allowing me to withdraw my deposited amount (I have made the 1 time rollover and they accepted this). My withdrawal was waiting for more than 72 hours and after sending Vave an email, they canceled the payout request telling me to resubmit the request. I tried but now they have raised the minimal amount to withdraw 8 times my amount there. I can never reach that amount because my betting limits are simply 0. My account stand 0.00105 mbtc and the lowest amount I can withdraw is 0.008 mbtc. They raised it just for me. as you can see on the second photo prior today I was able to submit the withdrawal request. Now I can't anymore... When i seen a PDF as attachment in my notifications, i was pretty sure its a telegram scam account ; i couldnt believe its on the stake official account ; and even when i seen its official, i didnt downloaded / clicked on it , PDF its a BIG NO these days to download and run.
Stake should take another approach next time

One thing that i would like to add, and i consider it a big PLUS, i have made the minimum withdrawal amount from faucet, received my withdrawal with zero issues.
Rarely i was able to do that on other casinos, or without any conditions, so that a big plus for me on wintomato.

Its around 15$, while at stake for example its 2.5$; my advice was, if they want to attract new players, they should lower the minimum withdrawal amount, small players will always chose 2.5$ minimum withdrawal amount versus 15$. |

My personal advice is, as tempted as your are to gamble on a site like this, dont do it.
Why ? I wouldnt feel comfortable to send my ID to a site that uses a script and template that so many other sites are using ; who knows what they can do with our identity ? Gamble on bigger , well established sites, where u wont worry for the safety of your ID.
