1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Buff.bet unfairly closing account and confiscating 399mbtc balance on: September 02, 2021, 09:05:29 PM
The company behind Buff is a solid company with good people.

Come on, no need to grovel just because they do not scam you in the end. At least for their attempt, we have to blame them!

I've been sports betting half of my life and I can tell you one thing for sure: There are no good people in this business.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Buff.bet unfairly closing account and confiscating 399mbtc balance on: September 02, 2021, 07:54:12 PM
Yes, after some emails back and forth it was today that I heard they agree to my offered solution: they pay me the full 399.65mbtc outstanding balance, but in increments of 2000 euro per month.

What do you mean they pay you 2000 Euro per month?

The instalment they pay you varies on the current BTC price?

So if BTC is skyrocketing, you will lose value?

I mean, if that was your suggestion, it's alright. Maybe you planned to sell your BTC anyway, so it wouldn't make much of a difference.

Anyways, congrats!

I am happy to say that Buff afterall are not thieves, they just (...)

Wrong. They are thieves who got caught and then being rueful Wink
3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Buff.bet unfairly closing account and confiscating 399mbtc balance on: August 26, 2021, 06:14:21 PM
The recent gambling legislation set by the Ministerium für Inneres, ländliche Räume, Integration und Gleichstellung with the Gaming Agreement 2021 came into force on July 1st, 2021 in the jurisdiction of Germany. The legislation is in full force since that date.

 Grin

First of all, it was not the "Ministerium für Inneres..." (they probably mean the Bundesinnenministerium = Federal Ministry of the Interior) which ratified the new gambling law called "Glücksspielstaatsvertrag" but the 16 federal states of Germany. Gambling falls under the legislation of the federal states. The Federal Ministry of the Interior has no legislative competence in this regard.

Secondly, online gambling has always been illegal in Germany. There was just a grey area when it came to prosecution. German authorities tolerated especially EU-based operators from Malta and Gibraltar because the highest court of the EU, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), chid Germany multiple times for their national gambling law reasoning that it would violate fundamental rights of the EU like the "Freedom of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services in the European Union". So, what Germany did was just tolerating online gambling but, formally, it has NEVER been legal before July 1. In fact, sports betting and casino was a state monopoly and land based only.

In short, suggesting that online gambling suddenly became illegal in Germany on July 1, 2021 is just wrong. It has always been illegal in this country.

Regarding the Bitcoin <-> Euro thing, I can support what LoyceV said. It's so shady, it makes them even look worse. They know exactly that they "made a mistake" (aka tried to scam) and that they have to pay in order to keep face. But instead of just paying the remaining balance, they are now trying to push down the amount. And on top of that all, they are not even willing (or able?) to pay the balance at once.

The whole story throws such a bad light on Buff.bet and their parent company XB Systems AG.

made changes and users from Germany can't register anymore. there is no more Germany as an option in drop-down menu.

It's still available if you select any crypto currency in the form:

https://i.imgur.com/WOw0xal.png
https://i.imgur.com/aURKcKg.png
https://i.imgur.com/2yu2puh.png

It's pretty obvious to me that they don't have access to the code, so blocking German IPs was the only option they had. Meaning that if you are a German (currently) located in another country or just using a simple browser built-in VPN (e.g. in Opera) like I did, you can still register. It's really working, I just tried. I even filled the address data with a real German email domain and a real existing German address:

https://i.imgur.com/99KkUbH.png
https://i.imgur.com/a540feA.png

It even says "Account status: Verified:" although the chosen name, email address, DOB and phone number is completely fake  Grin

What a shady book.

5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Buff.bet unfairly closing account and confiscating 399mbtc balance on: August 24, 2021, 03:20:10 PM
Btw, since yesterday I noticed they don't allow German IP-addresses to visit the site anymore....there is some kind of cloudflare error. But maybe it's just that they only blocked my IP.
No, it's not just you. I can't access the site either.

But Germany is still in the country list when signing up with Bitcoin as of today.
Yeah, unlucky if you're not the owner of the software and have to wait for some external provider to edit the code.
6  Economy / Gambling / Re: 💰BUFF.bet | In-play| eSports| Sports| Casino| BTC, ETH and Litecoin accepted💰 on: August 20, 2021, 02:25:22 PM
If Buff.bet does not honor the remaing balance of customers they ban due to new national regulation, but instead confiscate the winnings without prior notice, this site is a scam. There can't be two opinions about that.
7  Economy / Gambling / Re: AskGamblers.com 🔥 Presents the best bitcoin casinos 🔥 Top bitcoin games on: April 27, 2021, 02:00:50 PM
AskGamblers.com is run by some marketing a**holes who are lining their pockets with affiliate money at the expense of the players!

It's the second time they have closed one of my complaints without even giving me a chance to make a statement on the casino's reply: https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/all-right-casino-account-closed-and-under-investigation-for-7-weeks

I've asked their customer support to reopen the complaint but they refused.

I've asked their customer support why they even ruled my complaint 'resolved' (in favor of the casino) but they refused to give me a reason.

But hey, it's good for their statistics, I guess. They can add another completely unresolved dispute to their resolved record and everybody - except the player - is happy!

8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ADKINSBET cancelled my withdrawal request & placed fake bet which lost on: February 06, 2021, 10:13:51 PM

Did you ask them why on the site it said "declined" instead of "cancelled" ?

Problem here is, Adkins pretty much gave up on their bitcointalk account some days ago, you can read it in their thread.

So whatever happens, by posting here I doubt you will get the result you want.

Anyway, viel Erfolg!

No, I didn't. I'm tired of talking to those blatant liars.

And I'm sure I won't reach anything anyway. This thread is just pro forma.

Danke trotzdem! Wink
9  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ADKINSBET cancelled my withdrawal request & placed fake bet which lost on: February 06, 2021, 08:12:54 PM
You were the guy that was scammed by game-protect, too. Remember what a beautiful thread that was?

Of course I remember. I wish I wouldn't.

It's funny because they declined the withdrawal and then state in the email that you cancelled it.

So what's that supposed to mean? As far as I know, for the player it's not even possible to cancel a withdrawal. At least I didn't find any option or button to cancel it.
10  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ADKINSBET cancelled my withdrawal request & placed fake bet which lost on: February 06, 2021, 06:34:20 PM
I believe Adkins should pay the OP base on the right odds

The odds were in line with the market. 1xbet had the same odds at that time. It just was huge value, so consequently the odds had to drop until kickoff. As I said before, the early bird catches the worm.
11  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ADKINSBET cancelled my withdrawal request & placed fake bet which lost on: February 06, 2021, 06:23:38 PM
the problem people are very easily now just writing that adkins is placing bets. nice detail that all their placed bets were lost and not win
wonder what would happen if that bet would have won would they complain then as well
if adkinsbet wanted to place a losing bet then for sure thet would have pick a more difficult one and not with odds from 2.26 since thats to close to 50% to win

Actually not worth replying as you seem to be a shill/sock puppet, but I do it anyways to make clear what I think has happened:

Adkinsbet placed the bet when the outcome was already known. This is not uncommon and happened before at other books: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3559319-summary-1bet-18bet-babibet-hacking-scandal.html

BTW, if you guys wonder about my reputation, ask any user or the moderators on the SBR forum: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3646039-adkinsbet-cancelled-my-withdrawal-request-placed-fake-bet-lost.html

And yeah, it's funny to see how sock puppets are defending Adkinsbet and questioning if the bet was really placed by themselves. For the case you missed it: Adkinsbet basically admitted that they placed the bet as they voided it an hour later by saying there was a "technical problem" when I told them that I opened two threads on BCT and SBR. Hilarious!

Then they apologized but instead of letting me withdraw my funds, they retroactively voided my Syrian Cup Combo THREE WEEKS LATER for "fixing" + "abitrage" (arbitrage on a 4-match combo lol) + "tipster service"! Not kidding, they mentioned all three things at once!

Shills and sock puppets: Stop posting misleading BS! Stop blowing smoke! Get out of this thread if you have nothing more to say!
12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ADKINSBET cancelled my withdrawal request & placed fake bet which lost on: February 06, 2021, 12:00:20 PM
Did you ever hear of the early bird?

13  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ADKINSBET cancelled my withdrawal request & placed fake bet which lost on: February 05, 2021, 11:23:22 PM
What has happened to that forum?

Only paid shills and sock-puppets that defend the scammer?

Why are you guys even focusing on the Syrian Cup Accu? It's called value and it is basic for being profitable in the long run. Do you see the results in this competition a day before? Yes, well, I did so, too. It was the first round of that cup and I concluded, based on those results, that there must be a big difference between division 1 and 3 or lower. So I made my research for the next day and bet on level 1 teams -HCs v level 3 teams. There are only 4 levels of football in Syria BTW.
If you look at the results of the first rounds of that competition in the years before, you will see a similar picture:

Everybody who has a slight idea of how sports betting works, knows that it is IMPOSSIBLE to fix all those matches. You can simply prove that there were not even betting markets on all of those matches with high results in the years before. And those betting markets in 20/21 were so small, not even Asian books offered odds on those matches. For most of the matches there was not even offered a live market.

So, back to my main question: Why are you guys even focusing on that one bet? You seem to completely ignore that Adkinsbet actually cancelled my withdrawal request and placed a FAKE BET! They did the same thing to other players before, which was easily proven like in this case:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5310071.0

They didn't even change the odds, just the bet:

This is insane!

14  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ADKINSBET cancelled my withdrawal request & placed fake bet which lost on: February 05, 2021, 04:30:37 PM
Lol, they just changed the outcome of my last two bets and say that the accumulator on Syrian Football Cup matches was "fixed", "arbitrage" and from "tipster service". All at the same time!

These guys are hilarious.

PS: I won't react to paid shills in this thread.
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / ADKINSBET cancelled my withdrawal request & placed fake bet which lost on: February 05, 2021, 03:16:19 PM
What happened::
When I made a withdrawal request, Adkinsbet cancelled the request, placed a fake bet on some random FIFA eSports game which lost and now they say I would have placed the bet. They did the same thing to other customers. It's a straight scam. This site is designed for scamming only.

16  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: JuicyFields - Profitable Cannabis CrowdGrowing on: June 10, 2020, 12:21:21 PM
Those of you who considered to invest into the project JuicyFields.io should take a few minutes to read through this:

A few days ago a friend of mine made me aware of the "Juicy Fields“ project. It pretends to be a crowd investing platform for medical cannabis, operated by the Berlin based start-up Juicy Grow GmbH (Potsdamer Str. 147, HRB 214650B). After taking a closer look at the site, I encountered many irregularities, which I would like to explain below:

According to the extract from the commercial register [L1], the company specifies to trade with “greenhouses” and “goods of all kinds.” In fact, it is an internet-based investment platform where customers are encouraged to invest in cannabis plants in order to later participate in the sale of the flowers. There are four investment models. The entry-level model attracts customers with a minimum investment of 50 euros, while the other three models have an entry-level sum of 2,000 euros. The customer is fooled into believing that the flowers are harvested up to four times a year. With each harvest, he would receive a fixed return share for a period of up to five years. The most expensive model promises up to 100% annual return.

The company does not provide any evidence whatsoever that the plants and plantations really exist. It is also not known who is responsible for the care and harvest or who controls and supervises it. The so-called Green Paper [L2] (equivalent to the White Paper) contains a lot of gibberish marketing and claims, but no verifiable facts.

SEPA, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether are available as payment methods. Payments made by using these payment methods are irreversible and barely traceable. A German bank account is suggested for the SEPA payment option (IBAN: DE26100179977126867827, BIC: HOLVDEB1). In fact, it’s not a German bank but the Finnish direct bank Holvi [L3], which according to its own statements, provides its business customers with an unlimited number of Business Mastercards and unlimited free cash withdrawals, which means that any number of free cash withdrawals are possible at different locations. Ideal for criminal operations.

There is no imprint on the page which is necessary by German law. The terms and conditions are written in English [L4], although a German company is legally obliged to publish their terms and conditions in German. Point 9.1 of the General Terms and Conditions contains a general disclaimer for damage of any kind, which is inadmissible according to § 309 No. 7 BGB [L5].

On the company’s Facebook page, there are numerous fake reviews* in the „Community“ area [L6]. These reviews come from fake user accounts that are used only for marketing purposes. All these accounts with names from the South Asian region (Nil B [L7], Siti Aisyah [L8], Md Farhad [L9], Khan Salman [L10], Jannate Himachal [L11] etc.) have 5,000 friends and advertise the same dubious ones Products, e.g. Cryptocurrencies / tokens (e.g. 3WM.io), investment products (e.g. EzyStayz.com), unregulated online casinos (e.g. KingCasino.io).
My comment on Facebook, where I asked Juicy Fields for a statement, was deleted. I was also blocked from commenting.

The managing director Viktor Bitner [L12] [L13], CEO Alan Glanse [L14] and all other employees who are listed in the contact area of the website have practically no further information outside of the LinkedIn network page. The LinkedIn profiles could be fake profiles or false identities. There is no other way to explain the non-existent chronicle of these people.

Juicy Fields only launched its platform a few months ago, is currently investing heavily in all kinds of advertising campaigns, buying video reviews on YouTube [L15] and recommendations on various blogs. Even Forbes magazine mentioned CEO Alan Glanse and his company in an article about Bitcoin millionaires [L16].
There are even planned trade fair visits, some of which have been postponed for Corona, some of which are organized virtually. But the mere fact that they are ready to present themselves at trade fairs shows the determination and audacity that must be behind this project. In the calendar, which can only be seen in the shop, visits to the Mary Jane and to the Medicinal Cannabis Congress on June 12th, to the Cannatech Tel Aviv on June 15th and to The Cannabis EXPO on October 22nd are registered [L17].

What I find so unusual about the project is the fact that the company has chosen a German headquarters. Such companies usually hide behind mailbox addresses in non-EU countries. The German GmbH was supposedly founded to generate trust among potential investors.

Cannabis and cryptocurrencies are topics especially for younger people . Inexperienced investors are particularly often victims of fraudulent sales and marketing systems.

Although I have no evidence that Juicy Fields is actually a fraudulent company, a Ponzi scheme or pyramid scheme can of course only be proven when it is too late.

I have already reported the company to Berlin Consumer Protection, the district office Schöneberg-Tempelhof, the police directorate section 41 Berlin-Schöneberg Nord, the LKA Berlin department 24 for cybercrime and internet fraud and the BaFin, but I am afraid that a simple initial suspicion without concrete evidence will not result in an investigation.

I hope that I could shed more light on this company and that some of you will rethink your investment.

______________
*I just learned that those reviews come from the bounty campaign advertised in this forum

@h4ns, Can you write your claim clearly?
What is the accusation and what is the evidence for the accusation?
I can evaluate accordingly.

And what is your defense? @game-protect

Can you tell with short and clear sentences with the evidence?

- he didn’t return the money to date
- he has stopped replying to my emails for almost two weeks
- he is ignoring all of my forum posts
