This is stupid. As Toorobit pointed out, other companies using Wavecrest don't require profile verification if customers keep below the KYC limits; you are the only ones who ask for it to order even a low limit card, so please don't try to bullshit us. There simply are no regulations that require this to even just issue the card. I wouldn't trust these guys with my money, or my information. |

You guys are the only card provider that lets you view your card credentials a limited number of times.
So now that I want to view it again, you are asking to see my ID for this (unverified) account. I'm not doing that for the £40 remaining on this card.

Which card issuer do they use?
They used to use Wavecrest before the entire rework of their card system and before the news about Wavecrest restricting a bunch of countries came out. Ever since they have promised to make deals with other providers but I know nothing about how that turned out. I assume that Wavecrest is still to be used for customers in the European Union, albeit some people here have said that they have yet to hear anything from UQUID even inside the EU. Honestly, you should probably look elsewhere at the moment if you are looking for a card. I'm in the EU and nothing, just a million broken promises. I'm not sure that uquid could ever back from this... even if they wanted to. |

This is beyond a joke now. It's been 2 MONTHS since anyone could actually use your card, and you honestly don't seem to care one bit.
Currently they are busy for searching new card service provider because they already lost contract to Wavecrest if you want some fast response then try to contact on skype mostly they reply very quickly There is no excuse, as they have had over 2 months to sort it out. They just seem to be burying their heads in the sand at this point. Really just pathetic. |
