Hi,
sorry, not at all my intention. I am only trying to understand this exchange process.
To make it more clear. Does it work like this ?:
We have Leocoin, a real crypto currency with a POS mechanism.
We want to move to a ECR 20 token. ECR20 tokens must be created.
According to the token contract, there is exactly one address/person( first question: who : Leocoin Foundation?) that has the right to create tokens.
As you said correctly, we have about 130 million Leocoins, so 130 million tokens were created, right?
In a next step, everyone with a Leocoin gives its Leocoins to the token creator and will get tokens back , right?
What happens to the Leocoins that were exchanged against a token? Are they destroyed? Or listed, so that they can not be exchanged once again (2nd question)?
Thank you! Best wishes

Thank you for your reply.
Who minted the first 130 million tokens and exchanges them against Leocoin ? The Leocoin Foundation ?

Thank you for your quick reply.
The more I investigate ECR20 tokens, the more I am wondering if it is a good idea to dump the current LeoCoin blockchain.
Is there any forum etc where this is dicussed by Leocoin holders? I couldn't find anything.
And how will this move be decided? Shouldn't the Leocoin holders decide it? Will there be a blockchain vote?
Best wishes

Hello,
before I change my Leocoin to the ECR-20 token:
Is the POS system working for the token ? I checked the source code on github but couldn't find somethin about POS. Thank you!

Dear LeoCoin Foundation,
I have a question about the work of the Leocoin Foundation:
Mihir Magudia certified that the LCF did not spend any money at all in 2016 and 2017.
I don't understand that. I was under the impression that the LCF finances the development of Leocoin, organizes events etc.
Could you shed some light on that? Thank you.

Hi Cryptodevil,
I only pointed out that Dan is not arrested/in prison. In fact, there is no proof that he had ever been arrested. To be on the "exit control list" is not the same as being arrested. (and, btw, not the same as being on a "no fly list".
Best wishes LE

As Dan said last Monday, there is still work to do on the upgrade. It is better to play it safe and have everything tested. So no need to hurry.
Just check the videos from Dan/Mahir on the Leo web site. Every Monday, they talk about Leocoin for about 5-10 minutes !
So a lot of information is published.

Dear All,
only 10 days left until the Leocoin Foundation will be officially dissolved and will not exist any longer.
However, I have not seen any news on this and the transition to the DCF ?
Best wishes

Yeah, true.
I still wished Dan and Mahir would be more aggressively in telling the world what is going on inside the two Foundations. That would help tremendously Leocoin! It is not a good idea to get important information only from third-party sources.
Best wishes

So the new name will be "Digital Currency Foundation" ?
Is that really a good idea when the main goal is to develop Leocoin ? I am not sure ....
Best wishes

Dear LeoCoin Foundation,
I just read that the Leocoin Foundation will be dissolved in 2 months.
Do I guess correctly that the Digital Currency Foundation will take over its job ?
Best wishes

Dear Leocoin Foundation,
Dan+Mahir said recently in a GAM, that the new POS mechanism will offer a reward for Leo members. A very interesting idea.
How does that work ?
And who will fix the details ? Leo Corp. or the Foundation ?
Best wishes

Thank you for your prompt reply.
Leocoin doesn't need any rumours and gossip. As cryptocurrencies are a lot based on trust, it is important that we know that the rumours concerning Chaiman Dan are wrong.
I am sometimes wondering if governments push these rumours - because they fear nothing more than crypto.

I read that he was enjoying an extended holiday in Pakistan
What do you / does that mean ? Best wishes.

The LEOcoin Foundation is not involved in professional trading.
Dear Leocoin Foundation, is the Foundation's Chairman Dan Andersson doing fine ? Leocoin holders that I know are starting to worry because he has not been seen at any Leocoin-related event within the last three months. Some say he might be ill, others say he is already retired. Best wishes

What will Foundation do for more liqudity?
Dear Turn2Flush, there is another thing going on that has not yet been mentioned. Leo's Digital Mining Service DMS now pays the users in Leocoin ! As Leocoin can not be mined, the Leocoins for this operation are also provided by the Foundation (if I understood Mahir + Dan correctly). In addition, Leo Rank Awards continue to be payed in Leocoin provided by the Foundation - although Dan said that this might end soon. So Leocoin will be spread among a lot of new people. Very good to see the Foundation using its Leocoins for all these promotions. Peter PS: I wished the foundation would be more aggressive in publishing infos about all those activities :-)

Yes, but volume on topbtc is fake. Everyone knows that.
If that were the case, Coinmarketcap would not use it. They have extremely high standards. From where did you get the "1000 dollars per day" ?
|
|
|
What will Foundation do for more liqudity? Cus 1000 dollars per day is funny for serious project.
According to CoinmarketCap, there is a 24h volume of 1 million $ ! That is 10% of the market capitalisation. If you compare that to Bitcoin, it is 30 time more than the corresponding value for bitcoin ! So it is actually an extremely liquid market !
