What is your smartphone and what version android your smartphone?

Do you try the wallet on other smartphone?

- Backup your wallet from your smartphone.

- Open the android wallet and then click menu backup wallet, provide new password for wallet.

- Will be appear message "your wallet has been backed up to /Download/bitcore-wallet-backup-2017-XX-XX".

- Copy file "bitcore-wallet-backup-2017-XX-XX" to other smartphone (for example folder /Download/).

- Open the android wallet on other smartphone and click menu restore wallet (for example from folder /Download/), fill in password.

- Should be a wallet address from old smartphone was appear.
