1  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Small-time tech shops accept Bitcoin as payment on: October 01, 2019, 04:21:01 AM

2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to buy using Bitcoin on: October 01, 2019, 04:08:01 AM
Hello:
I am new to cryptos and I must say that my first experience has been a bad one, I recently visited antminerusa.com and purchased some hardware, that was about 10 days ago, I paid using BTC, now the site is no longer available, its been down for 3 days maybe a bit more, this lead me to think this website is a scam.  Now what should I do to recover my BTC, if the purchase where made using a credit card, I would report it to my bank and they could void or cancel payment, but with BTC what should I do?, if there is nothing that I can do, then it is obvious that using cryptos is a scammers paradise because there is no protection to buyer (that I know), unless there is a way to introduce the complain in the chain in order to reverse payment.
This is the transaction id 30dc4f431ac3db1949b330ab8cd31d1bb019d4831e24cd7cd7f4215fca73073b if anyone could share some light I would appreciete it.

I can't open the site anymore, I think the site wants you to feel like a victim of a scam. Then if you were able to send Bitcoin to the address they provided, there is a high chance that you will not recover it, so there is no way for you to return it. Well, you're not exactly a credit card you can cancel but with Bitcoin not really. Sorry, we can do nothing about your problem.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin legal and illegal countries on: October 01, 2019, 03:55:25 AM
Actually it is very difficult for every country to legalize bitcoin as a means of payment, and these countries do not want to destroy their currencies that they have long applied

I hate this kind of thinking to be honest. The Government should be the one who is flexible or open minded when it comes to new things in the modern world, but what's happening for most of the Government is they are doubting bitcoin even though they don't know the whole story about it. First impressions are always wrong, so I'm always wondering when will be the time where all of the Government will have the same mindset like Japan and other countries who legalized bitcoin and implemented it to be use in every day living.

Government here in our country in narrowminded to ignore such gorgeous inventions like Bitcoin. It is sad, how government concluded already that cryptocurrency is not safe because of the majority saying it is just a scam, I pity their poor souls and small brains.

Today many more countries are not yet open-minded and ready to accept the bitcoin and cryptosystem, as they are still closed. Even if the country recognizes blockchain technology maybe the time will come when they will also realize that blockchain technology will be of great help to every government in the country. Thank goodness I even accept the country where I own Bitcoin and crypto.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we ready for another price bump? Reminder for the shortsighted people. :-> on: October 01, 2019, 03:36:04 AM
Bitcoin price has a higher percentage to get back on $10,000 again, base on the movement of the price a month ago. The more it falls the more the chances to get its prices to above $10,000 again.

most of the intelligent investors know this thing that's why they are waiting for it to get to it's lowest price then they will swarm on buying it again. Buying Low and selling high can be tricky sometimes because you don't know if this the lowest price it can get. but as of now, the price is under $8000 no one can tell us here if this is the last price or no.

In other words, the market in Bitcoin is unintentionally unpredictable, but you're right in saying, some investors are looking forward to dropping its market price. As it happened a week ago, bitcoin's value has dropped, which has also spurred bitcoin buyers as it has dropped prices to date. So let's take advantage of the opportunity as long as we can buy at a cheap price.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware when trading @ Kryptono - Stealing your identity? on: October 01, 2019, 03:19:26 AM
A kind of exchange like kryptono was really scared, the platform stole your identity in which is not good anyway.
It is still safe to use an exchange that has good credibility in the market, perhaps you can only create an account in the
unknown platform but never submit your KYC. I guess next time you do this again and always used or submit kyc on
which is listed always on top at the coinmarketcap.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tools to improve your trading on: October 01, 2019, 03:06:18 AM
With my goal of becoming a full-time trader, I have recently spent a lot of time researching different tools. I learned that most tools are just ways to earn easy money for the creator, but there are some that truly make a difference.

In order to save your time, this is my shortlist of the four things I use most, and that have given me the most value:
- TensorCharts (https://www.tensorcharts.com/)
- 100eyes Crypto Scanner (https://www.100-eyes.com)
- CryptoPanic (https://cryptopanic.com/)
- Tradingviews Ideas (https://www.tradingview.com/ideas/crypto/)

Also, I wrote an article summarizing how I use them:
https://medium.com/@100eyes_crypto/4-tools-for-the-modern-crypto-trader-4ea13cd3130a

Let me know what you think, and if there's something else I should try.

I'm not quite familiar with the tools you've mentioned at the above dude, Binance and kucoin are the most I used to make an actual trade, and I always depend or what is happening in the actual activity on trading. Though, when, I checked the chart given on the link on tensorcharts Bitcoin goes up but not quite enough for me to say its a good sign because this tool is not 100% can give to improve
our trading skills. I hope no offense mate.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suspension of Latoken account. on: October 01, 2019, 02:53:11 AM
This is a new case when I trade in Latoken. Suddenly the account was suspended on suspicion of trading volume manipulation.
What should I do, I trade normally.

I know latoken has a support team that can assist your concern. Have you tried to send a message either to their email or live chat dude? Here is their Email it might give you a bit help info@latoken.com, probably there's something you violate their rules against LaToken.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin seems to be going up rapidly this morning on: October 01, 2019, 02:40:24 AM
He did rise slightly, just yesterday he was below 8000 $ according to today's coinmarketcap at 8366 $ hopefully since it's been a bit of a gradual bitcoin rise in the market, but I can say it's still a good opportunity to buy bitcoin in market as he goes up, just keep accumulating while he is low.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we stop promoting scam project? on: October 01, 2019, 02:27:17 AM
Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?

I know all bounty hunters and investors want to stop the scam project. But then there are still people out there still don't know how to determine the scam project. Still, most of them never learned what happened to most project in 2018 in terms of the ico. It is really advantaged and clear to say that the project is legit if they have escrows.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Token Swaps Kill The Idea Of Hodling on: October 01, 2019, 02:06:41 AM
Token swap, some holders dont know that this will happen or happened already but they are not aware and this happens many time.
What is the Idea of token swap? This is not safe as the total supply might increase. i dont support token swap, any of them.

Correct, token swap for me is really annoyed, and I think this is one of their way to avoid big rewards to their investors or
bounty hunters and most of the time those coins that have been swapped their token didn't succeed in its price in the market as well.
And you will not be happy often if their swap rate is 100:1 this always happened for the past project in which I joined before.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happen if someone send faucet to real address on: October 01, 2019, 01:50:19 AM
Hello,

Someone is sending me faucet ltc, but I gave them a real litecoin address,

How will it behave ?

Will it appear on the blockchain like a real transaction ?

Thanks

You should be thankful if someone sent you a Litecoin, it will only be real if you will see transaction record in the blockchain.
Because faucets have a similar to giveaways/airdrops, but could you provide the link for Litecoin faucet mate so that we can able to review it before anything.
12  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Baguhan - gusto matuto mag trade on: October 01, 2019, 01:25:40 AM

13  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Hi I'm New Here, I have a Question. on: October 01, 2019, 12:56:36 AM
Hello, welcome here.

Good Evening!

Hi Sir,

Ang pakay ko naman po dito is that I want to learn more about earning cryptocurrency and earning also.

Thank you for the suggestions.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts you won't invest in on: October 01, 2019, 12:44:13 AM
A lot of discussions on forum are all about "what coin should I buy? Why?"
Here's the opposite - I want to ask what alts you would never buy and why so.

My example:
Never buy BTT, Tron, Stellar and other coins where the tokens are giving away with all kinds of airdrops. Why? Emission grows with no influx of investors.
Doubting about Peercoin. Hybrid emission system doesn't seem reliable too, though lately PPC began spreading itself via well-known exchanges (changheangel or changelly - don't remember).
+ Libra. Not sure if any explanation needed.

According to those you mentioned alts I don't bet on them especially the stellar I have not found a project to use their platform which is as good as its price on its stellar platform, instead, I prefer Xem , Eos, Kcs, Tky, and Dgb and others. So be careful about buying coins so that we are not happy to invest as a trader in the crypto business.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How i keep my private keys safe without hardware wallet on: October 01, 2019, 12:31:13 AM
This is how i keep my private keys safe since i can't afford to buy a hardware wallet.
1. A complete new harddisk
I bought a new harddisk and install window 7 on it and copy all my private keys in there, i don't bother to leave this harddisk in the pc, after the copy is completed i remove the harddisk and keep it.

2.My Recording book
I have a long hard shelled book that i use for keeping records of all the airdrops and bounties i promoted because sometimes i used to forget easily so i write down my recovery seeds in this book as well

3. Flash Drive
I have a good 8gig flash drive as well that i use to copy software and files from one pc to another so i format this flash drive and copy my private keys and recovery seeds in it.

At first no one knew i am into crypto stuffs and secondly i don't share my room with anyone cos i am living alone, those who have people around them with face problems like friends going behind your back checking through your stuffs or even stealing your things, hardware wallet is still the best though.

Nice idea that you shared here, I also do not have a Hardware wallet, because it is a great idea to order it online on amazon if I'm not mistaken, one of the things you mentioned I do is Flash drive or USB if call all private key, seed phrase and password as well as addresses saved, while no nano ledger for storing my coins. I can only ask if you saved it from your pc. You saved the pc passwords and private keys do you delete them too?
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beginner Trader on: October 01, 2019, 12:02:19 AM

17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is how you cash out bitcoin anonymously in 2019! on: September 30, 2019, 07:48:27 AM
It will be better if you are going to share it so we can also check whether it is available in our country. Cashing out anonymously is very interesting especially if you don't want the third party exchange to know your identity.

But I doubt if it is available in our country, as right now we have to submit plenty of documents in order to verify our accounts before we can cash out. If you know a service that can help to cash out anonymously which is legal then I am sure that it is allowed and many will be interested to try it. So it will be better that you should share it now.

you're pretty much right on this point, but most of the country has no way you can make it out without giving up your document since almost everyone has to do it. Others can depending on the country you are in. Because of the country, I grew up in, I was able to get a shootout without having to submit a document.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banking system and BTC on: September 30, 2019, 07:38:20 AM
Hello traders. What's your opinion could BTC kill banking system? Bitcoin has an advantage over fiatbecause its amount is limited and it can't fall under inflation.Inflation usually is caused by monetary policies of our central banks. Bitcoin is free from inflation, governement control and  high transaction fees.Banks can’t control BTC because it has no representative and is fully decentralized. That's why banks are afraid of BTC.

In my view bitcoin does not break the bankruptcy system, but it does provide options to make money in their business even better. Then if Bitcoin destroys the bankruptcy system, why other banks are adopting bitcoin's system, because other banks think bitcoin is a threat, if only they could see Bitcoin's design in blockchain technology I'm sure the bankruptcy system will improve.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think 40% bonus is too much for early Investors? on: September 30, 2019, 07:25:47 AM
The 40% bonus can be said to be a high bonus that is likely to crash into the price, giving a high bonus does have its own consequences on the token which have both good and bad sides. But to see the long term it is better to reduce the amount of the bonus so that the token has a good flow and doesn't crash quickly.

If I were one of the investors who would avail of a project done plus 40% of the bonus, of course, that would be in my favor especially if that was the case. But if any project campaign ever gives such a headline, they just make sure the price of the token they promote in the market is not affected. Because, if it is not careful and it is not calculated correctly it will surely drop the price of the token in the market.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain-based social media worth it? on: September 30, 2019, 07:10:06 AM
I often see Social media being used to promote Blockchain technology that is one of Facebook's, but most of the links they post to Facebook are false, almost all of them are scammers and phishing sites links are often posted , so to me it's not a good way to use Blockchain technology, though let's just say that it works.
so it's still good to use decentralized platforms.
